That prosecutor "They waited until they didn't like the reports they received" You mean exactly when you'd have enough information to make that kind of decision as to whether the prosecutor is corrupt? Makes sense that's when it was voiced as a concern. What a small man. Edit: It's categorically unreasonable for officers not to be required to prove reassessment of a situation upon arrival and use of de-escalation tactics lest they be fired, barred from working law enforcement positions and charged when necessary.
