Cooking With Me: How I make Easy and Delicious Mole

Hi my lovelies I hope you all having an amazing day today I want to share with you this super delicious mole, this is the way my mom thought me and this is how my grandma and her mom made it so I hope you all enjoy it! Ingredients:
3lbs of chicken (breast or leg) it’s all preference
1onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
7 guajillo chile pods
15 unsalted crackers
1/2 chocolate bar
1/4onion
1 tomato
1 gatlic clove
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 cinnamon
1 jar of mole sauce
9 cups of chicken broth
1 full serving of love!!!!!!

Hi Claudio I've always wanted to make chicken mole but could have never find a good easy recipe . Been looking forever . Until I found yours . It's so simple and your directions makes it so easy. Delicious Claudia like always.I was wondering Claudia if you have a red Chile pipian recipe from scratch it can also be made like the chicken mole enchiladas using maybe also with the prepared jar of pipian that comes in the jar like the mole one...I don't know if you have fixed a pipian recipe I can't seem to find one here from your recipes but I am pretty sure you could easily prepared it somehow like your mole recipes..please let me know if you have put one video out on this one...the pipian so i can look for it.Thanks again, God bless you.N.B. from E.P.
