So i would suggest you to check out “besan ka chilla recipe” , “rava uttapam recipe” and “ daal ka chilla recipe” these are yum and very very easy to make at home. Pickled carrots are so good! What I also do (which may be weird) is put shredded carrots in my oatmeal with raisin and nuts. So it’s like a carrot cake bowl of oatmeal 😊

The sushi thing! I vehemently refuse to eat sushi unless it's at an all you can eat sushi restaurant. That way I can eat until I'm stuffed and not craving anymore🤣

I genuinely don’t track anything if I’m honest! Protein powder is a great diet add in but consuming tofu, quinoa and a wide variety of veggies makes me feel my best!
