I’ve watched the first 31 seconds of your video-the first of yours I’ve watched!-and I just subscribed. You speak clearly, don’t rush, clearly show what you’re doing while telling it at the same time, your video and audio are both of high quality. I’d wager you’re going to be a very good teacher-and I hold a degree in education (amongst other things), and am pretty picky about who I choose to be my own teachers. Bravo. And thank you.

Hey there! Great video. Quick question. How do you re-sample a canvas size without locking the two numbers together? For example, I have a canvas at 7632 x 6480 and want to resample to something square like 2950 x 2950? I’ve tried everything! Thanks ☺️

hi, im sorry i just saw this... if you go to Canvas> Crop and Resize> Settings> between the size of the the canvas (ie 800x1200 px) there's a link icon (looks like a two chain links) it should be "blue", tap it (turns gray), now you can independently change the size. let me know if this helps..

Hi, I’m confused (nothing new there lol) what’s the difference between re-sample and not re-sample? What does it do? I’ve not seen any difference when playing around with it. 🇦🇺❤️

Hi Chelle, when you resample are you in the transformation or the crop and resize panel?

I’m not sure what you mean? I have a 4500px x 4500px canvas at 264dpi, then go to crop & resize, I change to 4500 x 5500, 300 dpi, then turn on resample then save, it looks the same as if I didn’t turn on the resample.

I learned another thing, but 120 layers😂🤣 …I have trouble dealing with 10 before I am like 😶. When I get more than 10 layers I am like a small fish in a big ocean, but I notice I am using more and more. Keeping track of them is another story…lol. Being an artist myself, I am loving this program.

I used photoshop for everything from drawing, illustrating to photography. I think that’s where I learned how to use layering.
So in order to control how many layers I used… I made up this rule, if I couldn’t name the layer, I didn’t need it! 😁
And as you can see, I got away from that! Maybe I should start again 🤔😁
