      This video is so helpful! I recently pulled my hamstring and lost ALL my flexibility and I only recently got my handstand and elbow stand back, still struggling with things involving my legs like my cartwheel and I lost my splits! But I’ll be following this video to get them all back ❤️

    The fastest way to do a split is in the shower,make sure the floor is wet and a bunch of shampoo.i found this out on accident😂

    For some reason everyone seems to have given up when doing daily progress so here's mine:
    Day 1: Basically looks like a lunge not a split
    Day 2: Felt a lot easier and was straighter
    Day 3: Only about 2 inches of the ground
    Day 4: So close! 1 inch away
    Day 5: I did it!!! But with a not very straight back leg.
    Day 6: It's perfect!! Thank you!❤
    Heads up I did dance twice a week at the time so it was fairly easy for me.

    I just did a whole 13 mins of stretch and it worked perfectly! I had already learned how to do the splits and we’re good at them, but I lost my leg flexibility. Now I have gotten my flexibility back and now I can do splits again!

      my quarantine goal too...But I'm just NOT flexible. I really want to get into sports like ballet, cheerleading, and gymnastics. My patience is at a medium level....I think I will try and stick with this until I am feeling great. Because before, I had PE. Now I just lay around lol

      Did you exercise beforehand? That can cause your muscles to tighten and stretching to seem harder

      Just make sure that the pain you feel isn’t numbness, tingling, sharp, or UNBEARABLE
      If you push yourself further you can cause permanent damage and tear mucles

    I got my splits. I’m so happy right now it’s unbelievable. Thank you so much. I’ve been learning them for 2 years and have got them and lost them and got them again multiple times but I hope they’re staying for good now. Please make a backbend video . Everyone you can do it if I can 💖💖💖💖

    Love these stretches I started my splits journey on September with other stretches that got me ready for heavy stretches like these ones and I'm soo close to the floor I bet by next year I'll have my splits I'm so thankful and I thank God above.       Try shifting your weight side to side, and forward and back (: this will get you down a few cm!

    This is the best stretching video I have ever found . It easy you into the splits and these stretches are so effective. I got my bad leg splits in around a week jus by doing this short video every day when I had time . I really recommend and this is definitely underrated

    Been doing this for 2 days and went from 5 inches to 2 inches of the ground. I have played this video a total of 3 times and have gotten the best results here. For anyone doubting yourself you can do it. You just gotta belive and work hard. Ty Erica!

    Day 1:I can Barely bend my knees
    Day 2:I didn't really improve since I kinda struggled with the pain from yesterday
    Day 3:I got way more progress than yesterday
    Day 4:It's so cold where I live so I struggled a bit from the cold but other than that I did better than Day 1
    Day 5:I am only 4inches away from the ground
    I'll Update until I can do the splits

    so. I could do the splits perfectly one year and 3 months ago, but and accident happened and my arm had to get surgery and I couldn't stand up from bed for A MONTH..
    and so.. now here we are.

      Erica Lin I do ballet, jazz, contemporary, and sometimes tap and most of it you need to be flexible because we do a show every year! I’ve been practicing my splits and your videos are really helping but I still don’t have them don’t and every time I push farther it feels like I’m gonna pop open.....any advice?

    This definitely works all you have to do is be consistent with your stretches and you’ll see progress I was once extremely flexible when I was around 3-11 years old but I stopped stretching & over time I lost it but these stretches helped me I had a half split & this is the fifth day & I’m almost all the way on the ground TYSM THIS WORKS💕💕!!

    As a retired gymnast (I'm 13 now I quit when I was around 6-8, I believe) who now does volleyball I was able to get my splits in about 5-6 days. I did miss one day because I had volleyball (club not practice because the season is over) but I still got my splits pretty fast. I'm not a completely reliable source for how good this routine is since I was only about 1-2 inches off the ground, but I do recommend this routine and if you don't think it's working just keep trying and pace yourself.
