Iirc if you go out of the city by the gate where the cave with the orc is and dont go towards the cave but towards the lighthouse there are some there by the road next to the cliff to the right if you face the direction of the watchtower. There are some guards close by and there is the other guard who volunteers to come with you and help.. well not too far from that guy there is some of that stuff.
