Oregon is the state in US famous for consumption tax exemption. It takes at least 5 hours to drive south from Vancouver. This time, we explored the different cities and state parks of Oregon on our road trip for the first time. Our first stop is Portland, the capital city of Oregon. We unexpectedly harvested the most authentic Japanese gardens in the United States!
