    Good on you man for putting this out. I was really disappointed when the arming switch was flipped. I also flipped the 3pos switches so they make sense now.

    youknow, sometimes i wonder if anyone at jumper actually uses these remotes, why is latched low and unlatched high lol far the F out man they really really just cant do anything how we expect it to work, they should have made this back case with 2 latching switches to replace both stupid dials, i got this because the zorro has the tiny batteries, even tho its a bigger radio lol, also i seen people modding the t lite with the radiomaster CNC gimbals, and i think the t lite shares gimbals with this radio so im kinda keen on trying to upgrade the t pro with the radiomaster gimbals

      Yeah two latching switches would be great... CNC gimbals for t-pro, that would be great. I'll investigate that idea, thanks!

      @@darzwhoopwhoop watch this video, copy paste "Upgrading Jumper T-Lite with Radiomaster AG01 MINI gimbals" a video by a user called "aigilea" he shows everything on the t lite and the pro should basically be the same as as far as i can find online they use the same exact gimbals in the lite and pro, a little bit of hackery required but its one hell of an upgrade and ill 100% be attempting it in a few months, if you end up deciding to do it try to remember me and let me know cos i would be super keen to see it done

    1:30 which way the value is when the button is pressed can be changed on the radio. Hopefully you didnt do a weird hardware mode just to make something so simple like reversing the button value in the radio menu......😳😳🙄

    I got the Jumper t pro recently with the 2 position switch for arming as standard from factory now but the switch is still reversed. Tried swapping the 2 outside wires as you suggested (in my case its a red and black wire) then the switch didnt work at all. So I put it back as it was then swapped the middle (white wire) with the black wire and the switch continued to work just as it had before, still the opposite way so 1000 would be armed which I believe is not ideal.
    Tried one other combination of swapping the red with the middle (white wire) but this caused the radio to turn off so I would def. not recommend that.
    I'm completely confused why I could not get it to reverse the switch and it just worked as normal even with the black and white wire swapped around.

      I think it has something to do with S2 config in HARDWARE page (pg 6). And I noticed the config reset when I messed with the switch. After swapping the wires, go to HARDWARE page and make sure s2 is set to Multipos. Hopefully that will sort it out.

      @@darzwhoopwhoop Thanks for the reply mate. I finally solved it without even touching wires.
      If you go to your MIXES page and edit that switch, Set weight to: -200 and Offset to: 100 it reverses the switch. Some people might have to set offset to -100 if they are coming from the scroll wheel I believe or if it doesn't give full switching range.
      Took me ages to find and solve this one and no one has a decent video or thread explaining it for the Jumper even tho elrs is quite adamant about getting it the correct way around in BF.

      Glad to hear that. I ended up using logical switches since I combined arming with turtle mode (see my other video) , but it would have been nice for it to work out of the box. Then again maybe it might asking too much for a product at such a low price point.

      i just swapped them and it worked for me the only thing i had to do is highlight the s2 switch and unhightlite the others for it to work now thats edgetx flying Dutchman 2.8.2

    And if you update edgetx it will erase that and disable it so you have to set it all up again

    How did you get sticks out and put it in ???

    • @dhomenow
      @dhomenow 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I covered the stick with a thin fabric, grabbed it with a pair of pliers and then gently twisted/rotated the stick. Once you get a bit of twist in it should come out fairly easily.

      I covered the stick with some fabric, closed tight with some pliers and twisted and pulled at the same time. Not sure if that's the best aY, but worked for me.

    Hello
    I need help with charging of the transmitter. On its top there is a USB C port where I am suppose to plug a USB C cable and the charging should be on by default. But what's happening
    - As soon as I connect the charger, The transmitter Power button light and LCD light comes on and goes out within a second. That's it. No indication or display for charging.
    - I have to keep the transmitter ON and then keep it connected to the USB C charging cable "imagining" that it gets charge only when is ON. But still no charging indication is there. Since the Tx is ON it starts beeping after few minutes. Have to keep stick moving frequently.
    What is the standard protocol for charging Jumper T pro?

    • @darzwhoopwhoop
      @darzwhoopwhoop  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It should light up the LEDs (indicating charge level) obove the buttons when you connect it to power while it's off. Are you sure the batteries are touching the contacts properly? Are you able to turn it on without USB power?
      If that's not it I would test a variety of power supplies and USB cables and see if you get different behavior, for me some power supplies and cables didn't work properly.

      @darzwhoopwhoop  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To make it visible, I went in to system settings (long press menu) and navigated hardware (page 6) and set S2 to Multipos. Did you do this already?

      @@darzwhoopwhoop yes i finally got it to make sound, just not straight forward, had to set logical switch first then assign it on special function, unlike real multipos switch.
