We all know that: Diavolo/ Doppio could not look after Trish Due to Diavolo being a killer that kills anybody in his path and Doppio being a complete dumbass who makes weird phone sound and gets aggressive when someone has the phone and you can easily see the change because if The eyes are hazel that means he’s Doppio and green is Diavolo so Doppio was killed when silver chariot requiem switched everyone’s body and they shot him thinking he was Diavolo so their body’s can be separated also Diavolo already cleansed Doppio out after taking over Doppio’s body. Back then Doppio’s eyes only turned green but Diavolo has a full turn and defeated his weaker self.
Doppio is not an dumbass he just gone crazy about boss stuff ,He's trying to repair his mental health with phone role

Does Zenitsu count. When he falls asleep he become a completely different person. Kinda like a more sane hakuba.
Zenitsu is still the same person when he goes into his sleep mode, hakuba is actually a result of a split personality. That's why he wasn't counted on here

Zenitsu when he is sleeping is still zenitsu it’s just him trusting on his instincts and about him personality pretty much the same but more serious it is only serious due to zenitsu only being asleep while fighting meaning he is serious so i don’t think it counts as a second personality but some people might disagree with me

Actually,wiliam and patolli are completely different person,patolli are elf that Possessed wiliam,sometimesn patolli take control wiliam when he want,but wiliam also allowed patolli use his body,so patolli can always take control when ever he want

Yeah, that's what I was thinking,... and I like how he put Brain, but he didn't put Jellal with his other personality(s) Siegrain, his memory loss personality from when he got revived by Wendy, lost all his memories, and wanted to atone for what he did, or his Mystogan personality (which is technically a different person). Wow he has a lot of personalities.
Fun fact with William:
Patri isn’t another personality it’s a whole different person that’s why they use different magic types, 2 people, 1 body.

It's true, Inner Moka was actually the real Moka and outer Moka was Akasha Bloodriver's amnesiac younger personality created through the seal.

Alucard, Dracula, and Moecard are also split personality. although Moecard is more just, Alucard using his alternate body from 1940s, with a slightly different persona.

Literally just wanted to see if this included Seijūrō Akashi, glad it does but his other person does have a name it's 'The Emperor' or just 'Emperor' I felt that's pretty clear if you watch the anime & even if you disagree for some reason, at a basic level the fandom refer to him as 'Bokushi' due to the way he speaks
