I can't watch the video it keeps freezing every few seconds and refuses to buffer unless i back out, wait a few minutes and come back to the video. Its been over 2 months since I found this video and I still haven't finished it

But apparently, a lot of people have gotten weird buffer on videos from the mobile device and other things I believe. Yeah, honestly. I'm not sure of the issue. But that's basically what I could find on the matter. I'm curious if anyone else having this issue happens to be playing the video on something other then a pc.
