I've seen people comment that the characters are...for some reason. Weird. Not sure why, I've seen over a dozen designs of these same characters. Very many, and over 50% of them are(for the most part) simple as my own. Not the same, but not flashy. I've seen people deviant off the simple look. Using Gacha Club. I'll explain why.
I got Chris set up fairly generically. I didn't want to make him older, or a ghost from Heaven. He is as simple as he gets.
Elizabeth Afton has green eyes, orange-ish hair and they are in pigtails I did this mostly for 2 reasons. I've seen lots of straight-haired Elizabeths. So, I went with a different hairstyle(this doesn't mean I won't change her look) and the second reason is that Baby, has pigtails so why not.
Clara, the mother has entirely the same look(almost) to Elizabeth, only longer straight hair, same green eyes and orange-ish hair because I wanted to represent Elizabeth as her side of the genetic tree.
Michael Afton has BLUE eyes, brown-purple hair and is actually going to change. Because I simply think he looks...silly. He might be the only one that I'll admit I didn't try too hard on. Sorry. He'll get a makeover in the upcoming videos.
William Afton has a similar look to many Williams out there. He has BLUE eyes, long brown-purple hair...and I'm sure many have had this on their mind. He looks like he fell down way too many stairs.
My William Afton isn't really in the best mood, he hates himself, he hates Glitchtrap. He's been tormented, he's suffering constantly and deals with it without anyone taking notice. And by notice, I mean he hasn't been very emotional. He's struggling, for every second to keep his sanity and his body. I don't intend to keep him like this forever. His appearance is intentional and when I decide to change his appearance will also be intentional.
This wasn't all the details. But you can see many of them in the little pieces I play throughout the videos. Like William having "White Eyes" in Ultimate Fright reaction video. You can ask yourself why...

As for your question, in the science of inheriting genetics from parents. It's entirely possible that children can be born with brown eyes despite their parents having blue and green eyes. Also, another factor is-- in the construction of my alternate universe I went with Chris being a robot. Just like Charlie is in the books. William determined his eye colour from that point on...

Well, to be fair, the only one who looks kinda bad is Michael. I already planned to redo them later down the line.
Ennard killed Michael not Elizabeth
I feel responding to this is wasted, but as it stands I better let you in on the secret since you don't know. "It" aka "Ennard" is made up of metal. Ennard contains multiple beings but they aren't actually "fused" if you will. They are merely tangled together to function as basically a puppet in which each individual animatronic function together. The best way to describe this is how each person would take control of one limb and try and function normally through cooperation. Since they are intelligent robots the process to do this isn't entirely bad, but they aren't very accurate either which is why Ennard sluggishly walks, as Molten Freddy doesn't even have legs.
Elizabeth being the base and the one technically in control of Ennard at the time of it's conception. That makes her the real killer because she's the one who was at the steering wheel.
