I'm having problems saving or going anywhere else but the lot I can play on. It says that there is a "Game Loading in Progress" and the buttons to click to build on the lot or to go to the world map is grayed out. Anyone else having this problem?

do you put all of the (required) items downloaded from the anadius site INTO the "Electronic Arts" folder of the legit Sims 4 Game itself? our do you just leave it out on its own?
will the DLC's show up immediately or do they have to take time to download?
there is no reason any 1 single game should have 1200 dollars in dlc. I do not feel bad for doing this

@@hazelnutchocolate653 it is safe. as long as you follow the directions and make sure you don’t download anything from a website that’s not mentioned. if ur computer opens up a new tab randomly and asks u to download something, that’s not safe.
If anyone is hesitant or worried about doing this: it works. I've had it downloaded for about a week now with little to no issue. My game tends to run slower and lag a bit (bc I have a really old laptop that SUCKS). But the packs work and I have no issues. Id recommend downloading a few, then going in and downloading more if you plan on getting most/all/more than 5 packs. It takes QUITE A WHILE to download if you do more than like 5-10 at a time. I did mine in sections and would let them download while I shower/eat/watch tv. The longest time it took was about an hour for me. The first time I tried it I (stupidly) did all at once. I got 2.5 hrs in and it was only at 5 packs downloaded. DO SMALL SECTIONS. Then just repeat the steps from opening the "check box menu" section. At 3:29

@@lorimeg8133 This depends on if u did crack it or not. If u downloaded it from EA or Steam, dont select it, if u did crack it, select it.

I usually dont trust these videos but this time I decoded to give it a shot and everything works perfectly. My biggest fear was downloading a virus and after spending an hour making sure everything was clear, I can confirm that everything is good!❤

try reinstalling it , make sure the simsupdater has the right location of your game. and if you are trying to download all of the packs at once , you shouldn't do that bc that could be the reason it is saying error.

The packs download speed is very slow, although the Internet allows me to download much faster. how to speed up the process?
@@rosslyn4390i think it depends on how large the pack is for me when i download kits it become faster.I also recommend for some people to not leave your computer on sleep mode while you download the pack it can cause the download to become failed hope this help ❤😊 edit:if you didnt like to wait forever you have to open youtube or smthing

OMG GIRL TYSMM!! i really was sketchy of this video and was half expecting a virus on my computer but nothing has happened so farr this tutorial was so easy i got all the available dlcs for free im so glad u made this. for anyone wondering if u do get all/most of the dlc’s the download will be quiet long so do be patient (especially the expansion packs they really some time to download)

@@user-zo4ml2gn6d Nope and it didn't break the game as well. It just took around 4 to 5 hours to fully download (if you decided to download all the sims packs, kits and stuff). Just to be safe, I recommend to download it in pc since it has a larger storage space than a laptop.
This actually does work! Normally I’m really skeptic of this and have tried many times to do this, but this one will actually get you the packs. The only problem I had with it was that I couldn’t get the sims folder location, but that was a problem on my end, and I ended up just leaving the one that the application started out with and it worked perfectly.

i'm not the kind of person to comment on videos, but oh my goodness. you are a godsend. i was literally skeptical about this but it actually works, if you're like me and have barely any storage, i recommend making sure you have plenty of storage before downloading, or only downloading two at a time :)
Can you please help me? I did all the steps but as soon as it started downloading it showed an error. I turned off my firewall and antivirus yet it showed an error. I have plenty of space but still, it doesn't download. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing something?

Did you or your friends have any DLC packs already installed? I’m worried about it messing up my purchased stuff or having problems with EA updates or mods. Oh! Maybe I could get it to work with Steam. 🫠 Right after I spent some money on packs, a bunch of TH-camrs posted videos about the EA app being broken and everyone switching to Steam. I bought the Vampires pack in 2017, so I stuck with EA. I should’ve reminded myself how much I trust Steam and how much I dislike dealing with other game developers’ apps

it took me a while and i had to update my pc and download winrar, but im finally at the last step getting all the dcls. i tried just using the website yesterday and could not figure it out for the life of me. thank you so much for making this😭 you deserve the worlddddd
what is dcls? i still have problem with downloading it and i don’t what is missing on my laptop that i cant download:/
the dcls are what the updater downloads for you that hold the actual packs. you won’t be able to download the updater without first downloading the unlocker. if you start fresh and follow her instructions directly you should be able to figure it out.
i had problems downloading the updater and the problem ended up being my computer was not updated enough for the files. the troubleshooting page on the anadius website should highlight any problems you have and tell you how to fix them.

If you're having problems and you're using a mac you can either refer to the video i have linked in this comment or continue reading🫶🏽
If you have a mac you CANNOT use the dlc unlocker i used in this video. You need the DLC UNLOCKER VOL 1 !! Please go to the anadius website and go to the INSTRUCTIONS tab on their website and follow from there. This method works for both pc and mac but i don't have a mac to show you guys how to do it on there! Please refer to the actual developers website💕 (i will not address any comments regarding this specific concern anymore)

Just downloading the packs now, on 27% in 2 hours which is reasonable because theyre big packs and i chose loads. So far everything is going smoothly, took me a while with extracting and stuff like that but i figured it out, would reccomend and i can tell by other comments that it works, tutorial is as clear as fresh water ❤
hey, I have a problem, everything was going relatively well after I downloaded the whole pack, it suddenly said that I had not downloaded the dcl and I downloaded the wrong one and tried again and somehow I don't get the zip file but only a folder

if it took so much times to download, try download it little by little. i downloaded it all at once and there’s error so i tried download it 5-10 packs each and it worked!. it’s super fast, like 2 seconds i’m not even kidding 💖

@@faithstultz9273 no, EA doesn't allow transferring packs to another device, even if you're in the same account or same ID, they want you to spend money AGAIN if you want dlc on another device.

This tutorial is amazing, I''m so glad you made it. According to the info that comes with the updater, if you have the dlc unlocker, when you''re done and open your base game, it will have all the dlc's in it. I'm not sure if playing that online is a good idea, but it works

@@CASwCoy help I have followed every thing you said and I downloaded all the packs but the one that I can’t see has worked in the game is the get to work.when I get in to the ea app and in to sims 4 when I got to pack and click on the go to work it said under the title in the full screen “you already own this pack” but when I load the my game I still don’t have any special carers like doctor,decective etc and when my sim gives birth they just disappear into the base game rabbit hole instead of you being able to follow which from my knowledge is suppose to happen.I would really appreciate any help by you or anyone in the comments.I have read through comments and I can’t see anyone else with this problem most people just say it worked

hey so when i hit the cracked game and it says play online or offline when i hit offline it says "the content of you user data directory were created by a newer versions of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded please update your game via orgin to play. i have updated the game and it still says that what do i do????????

Sims 4 Updater is written in Python and turned into exe with PyInstaller. It is a common issue that some anti-viruses mark it as a virus because of how it's made instead of checking what it does.
I have Windows and Defender returned with: 'Windows protected your PC
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.' I'm scared 😅 The only pack I really want (for now) is Discover to attend University, so I may just buy that one or just watch vicariously through others 😂

Hey, I have windows and when I try to download the dlc unlocker, it does not show up as a zip folder for me and instead is just one single file. I’m struggling to find anyone else with this issue or a way to resolve it. I’ve also been on the anadius Reddit and website and can’t see any posts about this. Can someone pls help !
THIS WORKED! I have been hesitant because a lot of the tutorial videos requires to download stuff or the links are unaccessible or they are not actually free.
BUT THIS ONE IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. It does take a while to download. I downloaded 27 packs and it took about 30gb or more of space. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

@@SwaggyGoober it ended up working, then once i got on my game it kept giving me an error and saying to relaunch game then it just kept giving me that over and over where i couldn’t even play :/

It’s saying there was an error in ep11. It says it’s having problems moving files and I don’t know what to do, because I temporarily disabled my anti virus
I’m not sure what I did wrong, I followed the steps and it said the dlc unlocked was not downloaded. Like literally followed every step and now it’s saying I have a virus..

hii, she uses a windows she she has to unzip the file and st it up, with Mac when it downloads just open the green anadius tools and click run dlc Unlocker for sims 4 and click start online and then follow the rest of her instructions :)

how did you open the setup file (of the dlc unlocker) on mac? it won't let me open it because it says i don't have an app to open it with

im having problems with the first step of the tutorial. When i click in setup it says that the DLC itsn't installed, ok. So I pressed the number 1 and enter, but even doing this it doesnt installled at all. What should i do??? Says that is installing, i waited so long and tried a lot of times :(

So first i just want make sure you followed the first step and downloaded the EA DLC UNLOCKER from the link in the description.
After that is downloaded open the file after it's unzipped. Type in the number 1 if it doesn't say installed and enter.
If you've done this and you're still having problems , the only thing i can recommend is delete the EA DLC UNLOCKER and try again. Unfortunately i've never ran into this problem and i'm not the developer so please refer to their troubleshooting tab for further concerns
