Very random, few college baseball players I see at my gym..only division 2. I was shocked that some are so strong, especially pound for pound. Only 180-200lbs, squatting im the 400lbs easily.
I’m coming off a knee surgery and I got my strength back but I’m not as explosive as I once was. Any tips? I’m a basketball player Edit: I think part of the problem may be because of slight fear, I know it’s strong enough but my conscience doesn’t let me push off as hard as I used to😂
its an explosive movement. hitting in baseball is an explosive lower body movement and on top of that, these guys he’s training are infielders/outfielders who are going to need to be fast. box jumps not only help with obviously getting a higher vert, but its used a lot in speed training to help you get fast.
You need a better cinematography & director! Way to close hard see and follow🤷🏻♂️. You should take your video production more seriously; that people might see MORE clearly.
Your gym really be the spot 💯
Big fan of the med ball progression can’t forget that ball players are rotational athletes
Bo bichette getting them gains
THATS WHAT I THOUGHT 😂😂😂😂
Great session

Where ya at - Future
Constructive comment to camera person: wide frame. No zoom-in necessary. We want to see the (whole) movement.

Is that Bo Bichette?
bo bichette is too cold for sweating
Is that Bo bichette
Dont mean to hate but how do the jumps translate to baseball. How is this a baseball focused power workout.

@@ajm469 ah I see. Thanks!
🔥🔥🤘🏻
Who is the dude in the aqua tank top? No way he’s an MLB player with that weak box jump LOL
This is a bad ass workout, but man these guys are weak. 30 neutral grip pull-ups should be 2 sets max.
