Intro The Awakening has a touch of Japanese traditional music. The Hammer Of Wrath is another fantastic music hurricane of this band. Epilogue is one of the most beautiful songs. A beautiful ballad. I always have goosebumps all over my body. I call it the beauty of Heavy Metal created in Japan. Keep up the great work! My wolf heartfelt greetings :-).
The amount of feel these 2 girls put into their guitars is just insane. That last note Midori literally strangles out of her guitar ??? WTF !!! If that doesn't get a chill or a tear out of you, you are not alive.

Awakening/Hammer were the opening to their encore, after having already played a full set at Lovebites intensity. They followed this up with two of their biggest songs including Edge of the World, which you have seen. Their motto is "We are Lovebites and we play Heavy Metal", but honestly, they are made of something harder than metal.

Excellent choice of songs and with Lovebites you can never go wrong, so many amazing bands out of Japan have come out and set the tone a lot higher and they are mostly being done by women which makes it more phenomenal. Your second choice is a world-class power ballad, yah sure many bands tried to hit an amazing song but IMO there were only a couple bands in the '70s and '80s that were spot on Judas Priest's "Last rose of Summer', Scorpions "Always Somewhere". MSG "Tales of Mystery" that I consider it the same caliber. Michael Schenker Group (MSG) Tales of Mystery th-cam.com/video/AJsBvT_N9MU/w-d-xo.html especially this song the resemblance is uncanny and remarkable but both are masterpieces in their own time. FYI, both Midori and Miyako are huge fans of Michael Schenker, so the influences for these ladies are very powerful.
