When anything is " left up to the buyer to finish how they like" I find it a euphemistic way of saying we didn't want to do anything more.The rest of the house is spectacularly finished.it should have been continued in the lower area, even if the price had to be adjusted.HUGE detracting poing.

And looks like the funding dried up.😮 These designers and architects seem to be too preoccupied with "the views" and not enough with practicality and modern living. Frequently there is clumsy electrical planning that doesn't allow for flat screens in bedrooms and common spaces. In this media-driven age with war, content, and politics dominating our interests there should be planning for media in kitchens, dining areas...and everywhere! Additionally, 1/3 of the wealthiest individuals who can afford these homes are 65 years old. Yet, many of these structures cannot accommodate their level of ambulation and frankly discriminate against handicapable people. I don't know if these architects and designers are arrogant, insensitive it's just dumb as sh*t! Know your demographic. Everyone gets old. Father time is undefeated; unless your name is Lebron James! For these prices, the developers should be ashamed of themselves! - OR HAVE YOU ANY?😡
I really don't understand, how you can really film and focus all those uncleaned, dirty, or broken areas of the house, while the intention of the video must be something completely different. Most of the uncleaned stuff could have been cleaned just with water and a cloth. Both is literally accesable at the house (and as a "professional" film crew, you could bring those kind of stuff with you to every set), yet you didn't do anything. You act like you would be professionals, but also like preschool kids, who can't add two and two...

It’s taken a year but good to see they lowered the price from $25 million to just under $16 million - which is a little bit more reasonable.
