A point to note - after spotting the fluorinone on positions 1 & 2, the BA should be spotted onto position 3 *before* spotting it onto position 2 to avoid carryover of the fluorinone on spot 2 to spot 3. #my2cents
Hi, The video was quite informative, but I did not get the compound name, What is flourinone? Another question is What kind of silica did you use? Was that pure silica or mixture of silica and C8 etc? Thanks
