It looks like you are in an RV park, has anyone walked up to see what you are doing? I always use a cape when giving haircuts to both the teen boys as well as the ladies. A cape rolls up quite small, so you may want to pick one up for the next time you give Deb a haircut. Back in the summer, I was at a picnic and I had been asked to bring my shears, as my wife’s best friend was hosting it, and she usually would stop by to have me trim her hair, but being we were coming to her house, she figured it would save her a trip. Well I gave her a trim on her patio, caped with her standing up so I could trim her mid back length hair. One of her friends said that it was nice that she could have her stylist come to her house to cut her hair for her, and that she needed her hair cut as well. I said jokingly, not a problem, you’re next. Well as I finished and was removing the cape, the lady was up out of her chair and said, I’m ready. I caped her and asked what she wanted cut off as her hair was extremely long, she could sit on it. Per her request I took off about 8-9” trimmed to her hips, as she hated going to the salon. It turned out that my wife’s friend requested I bring my shears as she wanted me to cut her friend’s hair. If she hadn’t mentioned she needed her hair cut and I hadn’t told her that I would cut it, she and my wife, and another friend had planned to prod her to have me cut her hair. So I would understand if you had new friends you made at the RV park, ask to have their hair cut too.
I have been doing keto as Well and I lost over 40 pounds so far. Diabetes runs im my family, mom and dad both have, as well as high blood pressure which I have as well. So I am concerned about my health as you guys are. My stomach doesn’t like carbs either, I cannot eat bread or pasta as I feel bloated and it packs on the pounds. My husband does all the cooking and he has been preparing the venison he filled the freezer with last fall in so many different ways, we don’t get tired of it. Hubby is also my stylist as well. He first gave me a haircut on our third date and he has been doing it for me ever since. He did buy a nice cape to use after he used a sheet the first time. It keeps the loose hairs off my clothes and he doesn’t catch the comb on my clothes. I grew my hair out from collarbone length to just past my elbows. I always wanted it long since I was a little girl. My husband knows how I feel about it, so he would never get carried away with the shears and cut it off short on me. I find it very relaxing having him do my hair, whether it is braiding it for me, combing/brushing or giving me a haircut to trim my ends. You two look very comfortable with your husband wielding the shears, I think every woman should have her guy be her stylist. Salons won’t like it, but it is my decision, not theirs. They screwed up my hair way too many times.
