I know this is late, but for next time plant the tomato plant around spring time, unless Colorado Springs are snowy. My dad usually plants them around that time and Ideally they should be ready late July to Mid August. When watering them, water the soil they are in (they drink a lot so don’t worry about over watering them too much), if you water the leaves that risks the plant getting a disease. I don’t personally grow them, but my dad does every year and so far they seem to come out well.

I had purchased 2, but they died (I didn’t hide them from the late afternoon sun in CO which is brutal). My assumption is this plant came from a seed on the tomato of one of my dead tomato plants. But, now I know where the tomato plants will thrive in my backyard 🤣 Thanks for the info, I knew it already...except WHERE to put them in my backyard haha

My favorite apple spiced cake is vegan! 1 3/4 c (15 oz) spiced apple butter mixed into a box of spice cake mix. Bake on 350* for 35-40 mins. So moist and yummy

I work for a post-secondary trade school. When we offered Cosmetology, it was a 1 yr program Mon-Fri from 8:30/9:00 AM - 3/3:30 PM. When the state decided to change the number of hrs required to get a license, we closed the program so we could over-haul it. My point being, the state I live in you would need to go to school for Cosmetology anywhere from 1 - 3 yrs to get qualifying hours for the state board exam and only get 3 chances to pass said board exam which is extensive (written & hands on knowledge). If you do not pass in those attempts YOU MUST RETAKE THE ENTIRE COURSE AGAIN before you requalify for the board exam again.
Definitely not knocking what goes into it. Just saying it’s not a degree (from an “accredited” university) but a license. Requirements for a bachelors is vastly different than that of a license. Doesn’t make either better or harder than the other, just different. ❤️

I just wanted to put it out there for people who may have thought that trades like Cosmetology were like "bird courses" cause they aren't.

I've thought of trying vegan/vegetarian to see if it makes me feel better. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm allergic to coconut and palm oil 😭😭 it makes it hard to find dairy free options. Most of the options I pick are cow milk products pretreated with the enzyme to break the sugars down. P.s. don't know if states has this but Canadian Starbucks has the new drink apple oat flat white and its to die for!!! 10/10 would recommend.
I love my plants! I started collecting last year and now my baby aloe has a ton of babies of its own. You should do a video next time you do propagating! I've always had issues with trying to start new ones from the leaves, so it would be a ton of help!
You should try cutting you hair with clippers next time. My mom did it this time around and it made the straightest, most blunt cut and it was awesome and so easy. Literally took 10 minutes.
