Dear Father in Heaven, from my lowly prayers please bring my husband to the Church and bring my children back to the Church. Blessed Mother, as spouse to the Holy Spirit please intercede also. Jesus, I welcome my pain as an offering to Your Will.💖

Do the novena of the Divine Mercy for the preparation of our souls, go to confession within the week of divine mercy, go to mass.
The miracle of Divine Mercy is for everyone, Catholics and non-Catholics. The prayer of the chaplet Carries the necessary graces needed customed personally for every single soul, who prays it.

Yes! Divine Mercy Sunday is amazing! It’s the feast and therefore, the amount of graces received are immense. The Lord wipes out all sin and temporal punishment. It’s like a second baptism. In my opinion it is the highest gift of all gifts given by the Lord. I don’t think it can’t get any better than this. It’s truly incredible! And Divine mercy is for everyone! Not just Catholics. Anyone can benefit from His promises.

Thank you Fr Chris, Dave and Joan, for walking us through on how to be fully prepared in meeting our “Bridegroom” on Divine Mercy Sunday 🙏
Fr Chris, in his usual extraordinary awesome way, has also explained all of these
through his homilies, his talks and most importantly in his wonderful book Understanding Divine Mercy 📖 that I found very enlightening and useful! It’s a real treasure that everyone should get a copy!
Happy Easter and Divine Mercy Sunday to all 🙏

I am reading the Divine Mercy book ! I take it with me to my Adoration Hour and read it during the last 15+/- minutes of my hour.
My husband and I went to Mass on Saturday and received Holy Communion. We went to confession about a week before Easter. I hope that is acceptable. We also prayed the prayer you talked about to say after Holy Communion.
A wonderful woman set up the 3:00 PM Holy Hour. Our Priest does not come over for the hour. She leads the prayers.
I pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet every day. I try to pray it as close as possible to the 3:00 PM hour.
Father what is your opinion on the Saint Bridget 12 year Novena? My husband and I say this prayer every morning. Pope Clement XII and Pope Innocent X
    Declared they are from God.

Father, I love your talks and your advice on all the graces we could get.
The only drawback is the fact that you mentioned too often AMERICA!
So many Catholics from ALL over THE WORLD are listening to you and almost feel like losing out!
Please do not forget that Divine Mercy IS for the whole world!
Sr.Faustina is Polish yet she never even mentioned Her country or Europe. It is for the WHOLE WORLD.
God bless you and may God’s endless Mercy cover us with His Divine Grace.
    Jacqueline, a world-citizen.

This because I plan on going to confession Monday, but that is 7 days before the Divine Mercy Sunday. Please help 🙏

One concern is why is Jesus’s ❤️ not exposed in the Divine Mercy? The sacred ♥️ of Jesus is exposed?

The Image was painted the way Jesus appeared. The focus of the Divine Mercy is the RAYS of MERCY pouring forth from His heart. The Rays symbolize the Blood and Water and the sacraments of Baptism, Penance, and Eucharist, the unending founts of mercy.

      Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.

From what we understand the Church does not specify the number of days, so as not to prohibit one from going to Confession at their first opportunity. Most priests agree that one should be able to go to Confession within a week, but sometimes there are impediments beyond one's control. For example, they might have become seriously ill, or called on duty, or unexpectedly called to take care of another who is sick . . . The point is to go at the "first" opportunity and so we should make it a priority, not wait until a "deadline." Hope this helps clarify.
