Linda Krukar is a notable Doberman breeder and has bred MANY Champions under the kennel name Dabney. That male Dobe was exceptional male in fabulous condition. For her to put the Great Dane up over the Doberman just shows how nice that Dane is. I also loved how she wanted the handlers to not over handle their dogs on the down/back and asking them let them stand on their own. These handlers are so good at molding a dog to look fabulous. Letting them "stack" themselves shows their correct build and let's their expression shine, or not. Best In Show was a STUNNING group of dogs! Congrats to the judges for putting up such great representatives of their breed! ❤
Are those not understanding dog shows. Not a popularity contest, always comments about th Golden not winning. just bc is popular,& course root for breed they own like
That Dane WAS a standout, .. but dobies always self stack beautifully .
In B. I. S, th GSD, perfectly adjusted th 3 point stack. Heathcliff Is a well balanced GS. Won best of breed, Westminster, & placed 4t in group . Is what a show quality GS supposed be,.. not a pet quality that ppl own .

Great Pyrenees... the judge told the woman "don't touch him" 4-5 times. Handler ignored the judge, over and over and over and over. I think the handler was the owner and didn't speak much English.
she annoyed me not following the judges instructions multiple times
Such a beautiful dog, but the handler either did not speak English or was not experienced at all.
All wonderful dogs, but the Great Dane is fantastic. I also loved the Dogo Argentino.
Love this judge!!! You can see how much expertise, care, and love she has for these incredible animals

Watching the handlers get corrected by the judge gives me second hand stress for some reason 😅
Even the shortened version was the most grounded, peaceful TV we watched all year.
That Akita is stunning! I love the working breeds. The Samoyed was gorgeous too, I’ve owned 2 in the past, they’re great dogs. So are Malamutes.

Not seeing breeder kennel names or registered names any more with televised dog shows. Shameful they removed acknowledgement of kennel breeding names

Can you speak more in this? I just watched the dog show on TH-cam for fun, but I’m guessing this is also a business. Is that what you mean by adding the names of the kennel and breeder? Thank you for helping me learn.
@@lenacali5912 The kennel and breeder are the ones who select the dogs for health and conformation to the breed standard, and raise the puppies to (ideally) become well-rounded, well-adjusted dogs. It's a big job that requires a lot of expertise.
@@lenacali5912 i am not at all educated in depth on this subject but i think including it is more about prestige? if a dog wins i imagine it looks great for the breeder and etc

Toy dogs are cute, but there's just something about big dogs ! That black Russian terrier ! Gorgeous! The Doberman was so athletic and well trained, how did it not win ? I did love the Great Dane..❤..almost wished it or the Dalmation would have won Best in Show...loved them all...good thing I wasn't the judge because I wouldnt be able to choose just one !
I had the Great Dane, Bullmastiff and the NewFoundland as my top 3. Dane’s presence, Bull’s mass and Newfie’s coat. But loved them all. Just a stunning class of Workers this year.
The Doberman was absolutely beautiful. In my opinion he should have won. 2:18 2:18

I could NOT judge this class! First, I would automatically give the Rottie the blue, everybody else the red, then steal them all and run.

DOBERMAN was a FABULOUS poser and mover!! I had show quality dobermans for 45 yrs. I cant wait to meet them at the Pearly Gates with my Lord!!

I like the Cane Corso less beefy at around 110-115#. That was a big boy at least 150+#. Too big needs to look more like the Dogo Argentino. That was a very nice animal. Also the Dobbie was a sight to behold. Huge Marmaduke's always win LOL :D

My thoughts exactly! That coat looked terrible. And she looked tired. Just given birth....needs to retire.

The Doberman is gorgeous
It made me sad how the Dogue de Bordeoux had trouble breathing because of his smooshed in snout :( His nose was basically fully closing whenever he was taking a breath in. Not to mention he sounded like a pug breathing. Poor Dogue de Bordeouxs.
That was a great representation of the Cane Corso. I didn't see any Boxer in him if there is any.

The Rotties tail is docked way too short. In Ireland it's thankfully illegal to dock a dogs tail. No need for it.

yes, i’m no expert but i’ve seen three in person, not show dogs, they were amazingly stunning in person and actually better looking than the dog in this competition. They are really a beautiful dog to see in person.

Are in HERDING group, was after th Germ. Shep tho are used more now as K9 by police , being more agile , & more stamina then GS.
Yeah I have 2 originally meant for hearding this is a all around pooch that can fit into multiple groups being bred for what they were meant for compared to what they’re actually used for I’m surprised they haven’t come up with a genius group yet
