The world you were in, is a better world than the one we are in. Stay there and be in peace.

I feel your anguish brother. I feel it every single time I go up there, because you are correct, we never know if we will be back. GOD willing we will. GOD bless you brother. You have a smilier spirit to me. That part made me tear up something fierce at work, where I’m listening to your videos.

Turning around from the half way point is always a downer. I know exactly how you feel brother.

"You don't know if you'll ever be back." No truer words could be spoken. I felt same way paddling away from my first ever campsite last year. My 1st trip was FAR beyond my wildest expectations. Absolute peace and beauty. I'm now a lifetime member after one trip. Cant wait to go back.

I say that on every trip. Have a good canoe partner, but he often looks to end trips early. I don’t trip with him as much because every trip you cut short could have been your last trip. You just don’t know what the future holds and time flies by.

Go back as much as you can, as one day you may be too old to go back. And that comes very fast.
