I had mine installed this week. Really great product. You really should add some additional mounting brackets. I think the stock setup doesn’t seem strong enough.
Got a 2020 talon x4. New to the side by side world so stressing about which stereo to go with. Ssv, swamp donkey, or custom local stereo shop here in Tampa for JL audio (overpriced) marine units. Was wondering if you could give me an update how you’re liking it. Etc. also do you mind that the wiring is somewhat exposed as opposed to getting the system from Honda SSV factory
Still works great! Sounds good on trails and meets my needs. I was not trying to make a competition system and just wanted to enjoy listening to music on the trail. The set up made install very easy. No not concerned about the exposed wires. Never notice them.

Would it be a problem if you and your passenger were wearing helmets? It looks like it takes up a good about of head space
Letting you know the head unit overheats and the headunit is only 17 watts RMS, the 6.5s are 60 watts RMS, cheapo components.

SSV is a nice install but there isn’t much bass coming from the two speakers. That why I went with this system. Very happy with it.
Did you have to extend your mirror? What does it sound like running the machine down the road, loud enough?
No change to the mirror.
Is this audio system waterproof?
I would not submerge it. But it has gotten wet with rain and washing. Still works fine
What stereo does this come with?

Did it come with an amp too and if so what size
Uses the head unit for the amp.
