    오랜만에 운동 영상으로 찾아뵙네요 💗

    총 17분인데요. 시간 어떻게 가는지 모르게 순삭입니다
    덤벨 운동은 전신 근육을 고르게 강화할 수 있는 효과적인 방법이에요😊
    기구보다는 움직임이 자유로워서 관절에 부담을 줄이고 다양한 근육을 자극해 균형감 있는 체형을 만들 수 있답니다.
    그리고 무엇보다 근육이 있어야 기초대사량이 올라가서
    쉽게 살찌지 않는 체질이 되고, 다이어트도 훨씬 수월해진답니다
    덤벨이나 생수통만 있어도 집에서 쉽게 운동할 수 있어 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 운동할 수 있어요
    꾸준히 하시면 분명 몸에 변화가 있으실겁니다
