Just finished the new Copilot training in Grantsville. New system goes into affect in Sept for our region 1. It’s going to be a learning curve for everyone.
I drive a semi, and I can DEFINITELY see someone pulling up to the pumps, thinking they set the brakes because it's not moving, and walking away. 6 min later your truck just starts driving, either with you in front of it cleaning the windshield, someone else in front walking, you in the store using the bathroom, or you pumping fuel. I get why people would like it BUT I see lawsuits in the future

HSA has been on for a while. And don't use it while people are walking around the truck

alarm goes off when you open the door, and hopefully puts the truck in park or something
I gotta ask, why not just pull the brake? This feature seems like a lot of lawsuits and avoidable accidents to me.
But that new brake feature is on my 24. Took me a min to figure out it was beeping at me lol
