Upvoted for using "inimitable" in a sentence and pronouncing it right on only the second try! (I've used that word in my head, never aloud.) But seriously, excellent straight to the point review, and the comparison with the Boss DD is especially helpful.
Thank you for this. I’ve only tried dd8 so far. Very new to finding the right pedals for me and something with the dd8 just didn’t sit right for me yet. And I’ve played with it a good. I like the blend of the carbon copy a lot better. It’s more subtle
What's with the constant zooming in and zooming out?
Love mine. I’ve had it for a decade now & it’s still my favorite delay.
Yeah, I like mine a lot too. Sounds great.
@@andrewsiemon Nice playing, by the way. Your channel is good & I look forward to watching it grow.
Appreciate that. Thanks a lot @@hailmaryrecordings8255
Really helpful. Thank you ❤
Straight to the point. Super helpful, thanks man
It has a sound like early Rush sound working man
Sounds great.
should you put this before your amp with in built effects ?
Analog clearly is a better choice.
Great in-depth vid.
Sweet tones to go along.✌️😎
Appreciate you
Really good demo! Im guessing theres no tap tempo right?
Not that I'm aware of.
Well done, thanks.
is it drawing 26ma continually?
great demo! just plugged mine in after a decade and couldn't remember anything.
can you replace reverb with this?
No, it’s a completely different effect
@@J.Shambles oh ok
@@J.Shambles is it normal to combine delay and reverb?
@@NikosKatsikanisyes. Usually delay goes before reverb.
@@Joldrath thx
What makes this analog? It looks like it's using digital chips
BBD chips are an analog delay chip, same type as what’s used in a chorus or flanger just they have fewer modules.
@@flyingrat492 thx

Appreciate it. It's a great word that's nearly impossible to pronounce. Have a good weekend.
@@andrewsiemon in-im-it-a-bull. Great review, thanx. Although not as versatile, it's clearly warmer and richer than the digital delay.

How to get stereo sound? Is it mono? Carbon copy
MXR is the clear winner.
Take the bottom plate off and you’ll see more adjustments.
