Thanks so much for the combo tutorial at the end of the deck profile! I've seen a lot of deck lists and peeps showing off their profiles but not how to actually pilot the deck etc. I've held onto my Unchained cards since they first came out hoping the deck would be good someday and it looks like that time has finally come! Time to release Unchained out into the wild!!!
To start off this comment with, this is one of the better lists for this deck i've seen on youtube so far. And here comes the constructive feedback to help you polish your list; the ratios for the main deck unchained monsters is perfect (abominable can be played at 1, but is definitely not worse at 2 by any means), for the non engine, you'd want to play ratios of playsets rather than 2 ofs, you should have infinite impermanence in there. For the extra deck, you should be playing 3 Unchained Soul of Rage. 2 yama is fine, but can definitely be worth considering to play at 3. Knightmare Unicorn should be at 2 preferably, Gryphon isn't that good as anytime you would go into it, you'd rather make something else (though it is the only viable reason to consider playing muckraker at all as without Knightmare Gryphon, Muckraker is not worth playing). The topologics are fun for sure, i have nothing against them, but they might need to get cut for other cards you'd want to play. For the side deck, you may want to play dimensional barrier instead of rivalry as it is more versatile, being that some decks can play perfectly under it, such as Kashtira and Purrely. Another option you could play is book of moon as it counters both of the 2 previously mentioned decks quite well (flipping ariseheart face down, flipping the purreleap target face down so they can't go into Expurrely Noir). A card to consider as well is Contact "C", it counters quite some decks this format. Side note: thank goodness you were not on Tour Guide, that would have been terrible. About the combos you showcased, you could have ended on Rage + Caesar + Escape + Yama still in grave to use during the opponent's turn with the hand of aruha and escape. It goes like this: Set trap, aruha target and pop trap to summon itself, trap effect summon sarama from deck, sarama set escape pop aruha, aruha summon shyama, shyama pop sarama, sarama summon sharvara, link those into yama, yama cl1, sharvara cl2 setting chamber from deck and adding sharvara from grave back to hand, sharvara pop chamber summon itself, chamber summon rakea, shyama grave effect pop rakea to summon itself, rakea summon abominable from deck, overlay for Caesar and link for Rage. With the hand you opened, You'd have ended on the same board, but you'd also have chamber on field. It would go like this: set trap (in this example escape), summon rakea, rakea pop escape, escape summon sarama from deck, sarama set escape and pop rakea, rakea summon shyama from hand, shyama pop sarama, sarama summon sharvara, link those off for yama, yama cl1, sharvara cl2 setting chamber from deck and adding back sharvara, sharvara pop chamber and summon itself, chamber summon aruha, shyama in grave pop aruha to summon itself, aruha summon abominable from deck, overlay for caesar, link for rage and set the chamber you had in hand. You'll have a copy of sarama in hand for follow-up or for discard fodder in case you'd summon abominable or knightmare unicorn. This endboard also plays around evenly matched as you chain escape, pop rage and chamber, you banish escape and leave Caesar on field, this allows you to trigger Chamber, Rage and Yama, chamber can summon rakea from deck, rage adds back something from grave and yama reborns rage. To end this long ass comment/review, keep it up and polish your list and skills with the deck, you'll do great for sure. Cheers and have fun playing this cool and awesome deck.
To add something, at the end of your test hand line, you should have kept Yama in grave, you would have had a good board that would play around evenly just the same.
I very much appreciate your long comment as I am very much a person for evolution and constructive criticism when it comes to a deck and everything you had said I will definitely be considering as I become more comfortable. In regards to some of the changes you spoke of, I realistically will make them at some point like I definitely intend to play a 3rd unchained soul of rage and maybe a 3rd Yama because I feel like those are the cards I should be playing 3 of in the deck regardless. I’ll be tinkering with the list constantly as the months go buy and as I acquire more of the cards I need. I appreciate the long comment though, it defo helps
And I appreciate that a lot if you would like to add me on discord and send me an invite to a the unchained discord server, that wouldbe very helpful. My discord Tag is: Riverium
I’ve been on and off winning with it but that is to come with learning a new deck! And one that requires a lot of thought and timing such as this deck. But the matches I have one, have been done with this decks strengths in mind and I love playing it because of said strengths and complexity
No problem man! I thought the tour guide build was to imperm prone and decides against it and go as pure as possible w it h help from people who know the deck better than I

I’ve personally been learning the deck for this format alongside runick Spright! It’s been so much fun to play but certainly a hard one to master!

Yup. I'm building this.
Glad to hear it man! I’ve been really enjoying it. I hope you do too
So far have done like 4 tournaments on this deck. So far only lost 2 matches in 4 tournaments. The deck is good
I’ve been on and off winning with it but that is to come with learning a new deck! And one that requires a lot of thought and timing such as this deck. But the matches I have one, have been done with this decks strengths in mind and I love playing it because of said strengths and complexity
Yea Yama is nuts and shyama and sharvara are stupid
24:14 Did you normal summon Rakea at the start of the combo and now normal summon Sarama? What?
I realised it after I had uploaded it lol but couldn’t find the time recently to take it down and fix it
Maybe you should play tour guude with the rhino
ok now all i need is the xyz monster one other than that i like this deck list because it didnt have tour guild so i dont need to buy it. ty
No problem man! I thought the tour guide build was to imperm prone and decides against it and go as pure as possible w it h help from people who know the deck better than I
@@RiveriumYGO i play branded and you know branded player hate ash. I dont want another deck lose to ash again.
Abomination prison is not an unchained card u cant set it with sharava
I realised that a little later after I recorded this. But thanks for pointing it out
Did he just say its not meta comp? It is, its won many locals and a few regionals i beleave
At the time of this recording, That actually wasn’t the case. When I made this, Unchained hadn’t done anything but I’m happy it’s been doing bits
