Well, I am currently NEET so this wouldn't really change my life much. Honestly sounds like the perfect job for me to be honest.

It really is good if you're an introvert, couldn't give two shits about human interaction tbh

Some people this schedule works well for them, others not so much. I urge those who are considering taking a graveyard position to let their supervisor know if you can't handle the schedule. Be honest with them. We need Officer's who are alert, and awake.

Do you know a good company to do this for? I worked at sunoco some years ago and we had a guy that was always on the intercom within 2 seconds of buzzing him if we needed them. I always wanted his job lol.

I definitely would not do well working in such close quarters with other people for such an extended amount of time. I'm a fairly private person, and people will often start asking you all sorts of questions about your personal life, and they'll often start telling you about theirs, even though you really don't want to hear it.

A law enforcement response on average is around 5-12 minutes. In rural counties, individuals could be waiting for much longer. In terms of the private response time, we typically do not disclose that information. We do log when the alert was received, and what response measures were taken....That is often times made available to the client. Alarm Response (Mobile Response / Patrol ) is a bit different than static post security officers...Static are on site and can respond immediately, mobile patrol officers are still bound by traffic laws as private citizens and need to respond in a safe and prudent manner.
It's important to note 99% of bugler alarm calls are false alarms. This is a big reason why people contract private alarm response companies.
A key holder doesn't have to be called at 3am because of a false alarm.....

One thing you do have is no risk of being killed in uniform and you have ac and heat and a running toilet. I have nothing we work out of our vehicles.
