2024 Hit & Miss model Musa HM-01- tweaks, instructions and SLOW

My tweaks:
1. loop of copper wire to reduce governor spring strength
2. Open valve rod guide in engine casting, 3 to 3.2mm, Was sticking
3. take some loops off the valve return spring, reduces friction & wear
4. add .8mm brass to detent lever step, reduces valve wiggle in the miss, friction
5. remove and reroute ignition wire that poked out beside the flywheel for painless hand starting
6. Pin on the slot wheel crankshaft end of the detent pin had been ground at the factory (I think) too much. Rotated and smoothed it. Less play in the slot
