Why does it have a gritty texture?
Why does the pudding get a watery layer on top after being refrigerated?
Try putting foil on top of the bowl when you put in the freezer

It’s a 2-cup measuring cup. I’d recommend adding the amount of milk your manufacturer’s box calls for (mine called for 2 cups). Otherwise, it won’t turn out right

Iv no idea how to make jello pudding even after watching this, there is literally just like 3 steps and i follow everything, i pour 2 coups of milk, then the powder, then mix for 2 minutes and let sit for 5 and its still a soup, like its completely liquid not even remotely solid

This is not how I remembered my mother making chocolate pudding, it was made on the stove top heated up with all the right ingredients taste was the best when heated up not cold like what's shown hear.
Sounds like she was making it from scratch! Delicious, but very different process.
