I bought this for my daughter in law for new property they just bought. All purpose homestead gun for a women that is not a gun girl (not yet). Snakes to Hogs … and all in between. I have a old UTG red dot that used to be on my ar15 that we will top it with. I’m going to pick it up tomorrow. We will start with anything low recoil 20 gauge. Maybe even some mini shells. Thank you brother. Your content and videos are LIGHTS OUT EXCELLENT with all the details! Appreciate it!
I personally think its hands down better then the 301. I saw it for the first time last year at the NWTF 50th year convention and instantly new id be replacing my 301.
@@chevyon37s I’m buying one of them when I wake up in the morning, I’m not sure which one I’ll go with at this point they both seem to have advantages.

My onlly complaints (and it’s hard to nitpick a shotgun in this price range): 1. I wish the barrel was shorter. Like 18.5-22” maybe. 2. The stock rail is a bit high on my .410. That’s it. It would be the perfect “run & gun” shotgun if it weren’t for those 2 things. Still hard to beat for running & gunning.
Ok I love mine but apex kicks the ever loveing shit out of you .....did your barrel look like some one shot a bunch of slugs out of it brand new? I had to polish mine very heavily please get the heavy metal .573 and apex gt 20 I want to see what you all think of it I bought that choke for $12 lucked out with it

Thanks man! And shel come round it’s a great gun that’s for sure!

It hammers in pattern performance for sure!
Tuffy is made in brazil if I remember correctly. 301 is made in China.
Personally I rather give my money to the brazilian economy than the chinese.
@Luwab I dig it
I wanna see Rossi make the 12 gauge in the Tuffy. Same design like the 410 & 20
Why
I’d like to see that Patterned with the Rocky Ridge 2oz. Load.
Ya you won’t
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA Too much recoil, or just not a good performer?
@outdoorswithroostercurrie6984 polymer receiver with a 2 oz payload is just not smart combination and I refuse to do it
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA Now that you say it like that 🤔 , I can’t say I blame you.
Ya it ain’t happening I bet it’s hammer but that’s just foolish to do so with that style gun
Could we see a head to head with the pattern master code black and an Indian creek black diamond strike with verdict ammo and apex ninja?
Our members can request pattern tests also can view all tests early as we currently have videos dropping daily into May
Pros & cons overall who wins 20 vs 410? new fan, enjoying your vids, thanks
Actually gonna be filming that video shortly 🤫
Appreciate that man!
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA great, trying to decide on TUFFY in 410 or 20..
Pain or less Pellets
@bradleyreams1026 either is solid honestly all depends on what you value in a setup
So do we love the Rossi or is the Stevens still the top dog in the category?
I think I said in the video 👀🤣
Stevens for me. Because they still have a steel receiver. Other than the stock and that receiver they’re pretty much the same guns IMO.
@@chevyon37s I’m buying one of them when I wake up in the morning, I’m not sure which one I’ll go with at this point they both seem to have advantages.
We have both and tested both they are not even close to the same gun
The stevens is a solid choice too can’t really go wrong honestly
Watch the pattern tests of each and go from there
Each has its own playlist on the channel
Any chance you release the video tonight?
If you become a member all these videos we have scheduled are available early to you! Up to 56 videos a month you’d have access to
How do you do that?

Those are two easy fixes if it actually is a problem for you
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA very true. I wouldn’t even call it a problem honestly. I have the .410 & I’ll get the 20 the next time I run across it.
Exactly I love both of mine they are perfect for self filming
They dont have apex mossy oak available anymore for this gun. What shot is next best with the 570 tight wad in your opinion?
They sell greenleaf in 20 gauge so how would it not be available for this gun?
Out of stock on their website
Interesting
What other setups did you like in this gun that we filmed?
I have the 570 choke already but haven't purchased any Tss so I was looking for a second option that you may have an opinion on.
I understand that, what I am saying is what else did you like with that choke in our testing?
👍👍 Keep it going Guys, looking Good ✌️
Thanks man!
Did you happen to try any slugs ?
We have not yet no sir
What choke tubes do they take?
Mobile thread
What choke system is it?
Mobil thread
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA so both the .410 and 20 are Mobil thread?
@@borderland_upland correct
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA thank you. Appreciate it.
@borderland_upland you betcha man! Both are awesome turkey guns!
Can someone tell me if they have tried shooting slugs out of this?
You could with the right choke setup
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA awesome, it comes with the modified and and extra full. would either of those work or would I have to get a different choke?
@jimmybobco I would guess you’d need an improved cylinder or less constriction for slugs
We don’t test that so I’m not 100% sure

We’ve tested it already on the channel ahaha
My 20 gauge was good my 410 was awful ahah
Doesn't anybody make a 28 gauge Single shot turkey gun
Not yet I have no clue why I want Rossi to make one… it’d be perfect

also man who wants pretty nurse must first be pretty patient
What is the point of this lol
The reciver is made of plastic. That is why it's light weight.
Yep I said that in the video
Plastic guns are a sign of thé end of Times. Next, a gun made with cardboard.
Did ya say that when Glock hit the market?
Man ya think people would learn from what works 🤣🤣
