Intensity is how bright the light is. Such as 60 watt light bulb, 100 watt light bulb, 150 watt light bulb, etc. Exposure is how much light you are allowing into the camera. Or how much light you are allowing into your eye. Sort of like squinting your eyes to let less light in or opening them wide to let a lot of light in. Hope this helps.

Thanks for explaining it know i know about intensity but didnt get about exposure
Great tutorial. If you uncheck "autodetect threads" in the Arnold system tab and set it to minus 2 (-2), Maya stays responsive during lookdev.
