I’ll be honest, in South Texas, we really don’t know what fall is, LOL! 😂 Everyone talks about it getting chilly, leaves 🍁 turning color, pumpkin spice, cozy blankets ....In South Texas, maybe end of Oct, beginning of Nov, one day it’s still 95 degrees. The next day, you wake up, and it’s 50 outside! No transition at all! And you go, “Shoot! Where’s my jacket (While standing around in your shorts)? I know I had one last year...I think?” 😂 Then, you’re throwing off the warm blankets the next day or so because it goes back to 90. Texas weather is so insane, LOL! But I sure like the idea of fall! 😃 And I looooove your routine videos! Truly the highlight of my day! 🤗 God bless you! 🤗 🍁 💕

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well by my chiropractor, actually two chiropractor and they both gave me the same medication, it’s a dietary one by Standard Process called “Thytrophin” I’ve never had blood work done. Do you recommend? Because the chiropractors cannot proscribe me any other medication other than the dietary ones the have in their offices.

I freaking LOVE your workouts, I love that you used to be overweight and figured out how to change your body in a very healthy way....just seriously love your channel. I know you've done videos on how you changed your lifestyle and lost weight, but I would really love to know if you had any hurdles along the way - foods that you just continued craving, how long it took you to, not just lose the weight, but tone up as well. I can easily maintain my weight, but I am wanting to lose about 10 pounds and really transform a lot of fat to muscle. I have lots of fitness equipment at my disposal, I love healthy foods, but I also love fast food, diet soda, and sweets (including artificial sweeteners!). I *want* to change and make healthy eating a lifestyle rather than a diet, but I don't know how to give up the things I love without feeling deprived. Anyways, would love to see a video on any challenges you had along the way, or if you still have challenges along the way. Thanks!

Actually it's not so good to drink water with an open top when waking up because drinking water left in an open glass is not super sanitary, especially with dust and debris possibly in the air. So that's something to keep in mind, and I never drink from an open glass in the morning that was sitting out all night :) In my morning routine, I always go to the kitchen and get a new glass with fresh water from sink or bottle or boil my own water : D
Love your videos Katie, you inspire me, but think about the bacterias in your mouth, especially accumulating throw out the night (no wonder that human bite is said to be more dangerous than a dog bite) and I don't think it's ok to drink water exactly as you wake up. You just swallow all those bacteria and take them to the stomach. I first brush my teeth to have a fresh and clean mouth and only then drink water.

There are only twelve points of contact between your body and the scale - ten toe pads and two soles - or fourteen if you count the heels and the balls of the feet separately, and surely you can't take those measurements from the feet alone, can you? o_O
