      Love Sweat Fitness hair get thin by being washed to much, try washing your hair every other week.. or once a month.. also try deep conditioners/hot oil treatments, they help really good! I had really bad shedding too and I have curly hair. Deep conditioners/hot oil treatments helped me out a lot!! Love you girl. Love you videos!! 💖

    😍 I am so happy I found your page here recently! Back in 2013 I had a half my thyroid removed and having been dealing with the awful symptoms from hypothyroidism. I have felt like my life has been a disaster ever since. I thought taking the prescribed medication would help but it definitely hasn’t helped with the symptoms. When I found your TH-cam channel I got excited because you talk about all the same issues I am going through and I can’t wait to get started with all your great advice to try and help me feel better! Being newly married and the lack of energy I have from sleeping issues I’d love to win the SAJE giveaway to get a better nights rest so I can enjoy my days without feeling exhausted and needing a nap after a nap ❤️❤️❤️

    I could definitely use your fall nightly routine kit! I have Hashimotos, I am pregnant and have full on morning (all day) sickness and already feel stressed and behind in my holiday prep. This could go along way in helping me relax and be my best self

    Loved this video! I feel you with your thyroid issues. I had mine removed so I am hypo - simply by not having one. My husband has chronic migraines, so between the two of us having issues, I have started to look at essential oils to try and help us naturally. But there is so much information - it's overwhelming where to start! Winning this would go a long way in helping me figure all that out :)

    I would honestly love this oil set and diffuser
    I have been wanting to start oils for a long time. I am a preschool teacher so i am usually full of stress😜 but i want something to relax and night and de stress amd leave the day behind so i can start a new again. It would be something i would get great use out of for sure.

    I could use this giveaway because I'm simply just looking for things that help. I love following this channel because it gives me helpful hints with my hashimotos. I was diagnosed 10 years ago and I can feel it getting progressively worse but when I go to the doctor they tell me my levels are okay. I struggle to fall a sleep at night and then I woke up feeling like i've been partying for a week straight. I'm trying essential oils but there's so much information out there.

    I would love these products! Plain & simple as to why... I'm almost ANCIENT 👵 57 in Feb. I have busted my BOO-ty ever since the start of summer shape up and I'm loving watching this ol body slowly changing for the better! My face could use that Jade roller and the rest of me, well, it needs to RELAX one day a week 😜 💕💦💪

    I recently got a promotion at work, more work which means more stress. I tried melatonin pills to help me turn my brain off at night but I'm not a fan of taking pills unless nessacary and would love a more natural way to help unwind after a long 12 hour work day.

    If your seeing a sig amount of hair loss with your hypo have your T3 (reverse T3) checked. They had to add a second med to my regime to help with this!

    I have been tested for hypothyroidism and I test like borderline so doctors don’t want to treat me for it. My hair falls out like crazy too!! Like cleaning the shower drain everyday!! I’m struggling with exhaustion and bad body pain. I was told I have fibromyalgia but I honestly think it’s my thyroid. Not sure what to do🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    Helpful hint! Hypothyroidism , try fresh juiced celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, about 16oz. ONLY celery and only fresh juiced, it will change your life!

    I’ve watched so many videos of yours! I love them all! I also have hypo and need a refresher on the oils you use to see if they could help! I’m a mommy on the go, just starting a new job with hopes of another soon, I’m helping my mom out as she is having some issues (Health and otherwise) and my own care is always put last.     Are you taking selenium? that can sometimes cause hair shedding when taken in excess.

    Tip: raw Aloe Vera (with skin)...blend it, strain, put it in your hair for 30 min with a heat cap ...wash/condition....helps 2😘

    I go to bed between 10p and 12a. Closer to 12a most nights!

    I'm 12 and I got diagnosed with mild Thyroidism 1 year ago. I haven't ever noticed it and then started to see so many changes that even where happening before I got diagnosed. One of the major things I also have to deal with is my hairrrrr. I have been trying sooo hard to get volume in it and try to grow it out. The last shower I took almost felt like I was gonna go bald then and there because I lost soooo much hair. Idk why this is important it's not but I kinda feel good that others kinda feel the way I do :)

    Hi! I would love to win the kit because I just found out that I have hypothyroidism, and I want to see if this is something that I would enjoy/ may help me!     Reasons why I should win?: I SO need some tools to help me relax! I JUST got married, and the stress of planning a wedding is crazy! But what they don’t warn you about is the after: all the planning grinds to a halt and you don’t know how to turn off your brain! So I could use some good ol me time.     I have PCOS and thyroid issues. The Sage set would most developmentally improve my energy & sleep schedule!     I love this video. About 5 minutes before watching this I was thinking I need a diffuser, so seeing this got me excited. I'm currently fighting a cold so that would be awesome to have. Also I just love essential oils and their healing properties. So it would be awesome to win this giveaway, I'll definitely use it a lot, especially for my quiet time/Bible study (early morning) and just before bed.

    I would love to win the giveaway because since pregnancy i have had the hardest time relaxing and falling asleep especially when your getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and i feel this would really help me get relaxed and back to sleep quickly.     I lose hair like crazy! What helped me growing it back is castor oil. I use a cold press organic castor oil. I just rub it into a clean scalp sleep with it or leave it in for a full 24 hours if I can. I do it about two to three times a week or whenever I feel like it. It's helped so much. I share this all the time now.

    Loved this video!! I've been working on developing my nightly routine for the past year and am still struggling with sleeping soundly each night. Would love to take some of these pointers and products to help me get into a better routine! LOVE essential oils (but I leave my diffuser in my living room so i'd love one for the bedroom to help fall asleep and wake up!) My dad has been in the hospital for three weeks after a heart attack and quad. bypass and blood clotting post-surgery, in the peak of busy season at work, and my sister is getting married in exactly a month! Could definitely use some help de-stressing!
