Dang!...That's a Big Boy spotting scope right there😮Be way out of my price range🤑 Thanks for showing us everything, the images it produces are amazing!👍
Nice presentation and comparison. Love the Swarovski. I happen to have the 65mm STS for range use which does an amazing job. Would like to pick up a 95 in the near future. Just great glass ina great product. One this I did not care for were the directions provided print is super small and really just have to figure things out as you start the assembly process. One thing to emphasize is how durable these scopes are. I’ve known people who haves dropped the scope or tripod tipped over. Just pick them up not a scratch and keep on goining with them. Great product.
Great device! A huge front lens obviously allows you to use it in conditions of low light. Of course, most likely I never even manage to hold something similar in my hands. I joined the world of scopes by chance. Since I love fishing, I went to lakes where there are large spaces of water. I had to look into the distance to find out places suitable for mooring to the shore. At first I used the Soviet monocular, the clone of Karl Zeis 8 x 30. The image quality was low. Then I acquired Nikon 60 x 20 and was shocked by its image quality. I guess that Swarovski is still much better.
All scopes have a tripod mount but Swarovski scopes have a foot that is built to the Arca-Swiss standard. This doesn’t mean it will directly fit all tripod heads without a plate, only those using the same standard. For example most Manfrotto heads do not use this standard.
Those Ladies in town will really have to draw their curtains now! lol Just kidding, that would be great for looking at stars and the moon at night. I'm curious how much better the Swaro is than the others at that. Hunting you need something you can carry and steady easy you really don't need above 40-45 power there most of the time.
Thanks Flint. I was considering vortex razor vs Kowa 88 (for photograph stills and video) and concluded that my 600f4 lens with IS cropped was better. But I was wondering about the Swarovski - maybe it was sharper. This video confirmed to me that my $12,000 600f4 with 1.4x extender and 1.6x APSC camera (R7 33mpx) cropped was better (better Iq, same 115mm, better Image stabilisation, and better wider field of view) so no point in a spotting scope. The spotting scopes are smaller and lighter and tougher but man the lower iq, image no stabilisation, lessor contrast would have left me unhappy. Good for hunting but not good for photography. I think I would just get the razor though - good enough to see sex and size. I can see though that the spotting scopes would be helpful to a hunter though. Thank you.
i dont know anything about telescope, and even if it would be crazy to bring a telescope, would it actually rival scopes like this when it comes to light intake, zoom, quality if you got something not to huge, but perhaps a 150-200mm wide?
Great video, my only constructive criticism would be edit out all that shaking. It makes it very hard to watch those parts. We know shaking is unavoidable with high mag spotter on a tripod but Id recommend editing it out and using a voice over. I subbed. Great stuff
Try kowa TSN Prominar 99 with it's magnification extender it's super clear than this Swarovski I bet once you look through Kowa you will forget Swarovski it's that crystal clear.
Review lacks conviction, reviewer is far too young to really have the knowledge or experience to be able to offer an experienced knowledgeable Review, what we have is a young kid talking about his dad's latest toy. Fantastic piece of kit given a poor Review , he calls the lens doubler an amplifier omg we are talking about optics not electronics, 😂😂😂😂
Can you please compare this Swarovski 115 mm Spotting scope with Kowa TSN Prominar 99 snd let us know which is sharp, crystal clear and the best even at higher magnification??
Great job. This is one of the best videos I've seen reviewing this scope. Thank you for actually showing footage.
I bought this a week ago thanks to your awesome review!
Great comparison and showing all the features. Thanks, Sold me on it.

lmao nobody is bringing a 115mm spotter with them hunting....
I'm thinking about getting one of those.
I've got an appointment with my bank loan officer tomorrow. 🤞
Swarovski scopes are excellent 👌
Hard to beat them Zeiss & Leica are up there too
Awesome thx for the upload + review

Is this a good scope for target shooting ?
Its a good scope for spotting while target shooting but it doesn’t mount onto a gun
Very nice bit of kit, very expensive but very nice 🙂
ollin set seems to be smart

Turn your fps up on the video and it will be more clear.
Kowa is made in CHINA. Worst optics as compare to Europe, Japan, and US made.
You need a solid tripod
Athlon spotting scope is the same quality. but Athlon is 6 times cheaper than Swarovski. Safe money, not overpay for austrian brand.

And you don’t get an eyepiece with it? Jesus christ
It's a tripod not a bipod.....
I didn’t ask and you cant afford the spotting scope anyways… why are you watching my vidoe
Can you please compare this Swarovski 115 mm Spotting scope with Kowa TSN Prominar 99 snd let us know which is sharp, crystal clear and the best even at higher magnification??
The 115mm is the best on the market in my opinion. Unless you buy a $15k telescope which is useless for hunting and weighs like 25 pounds
I owned a 115 there just dusk busters no contrast un sharp atx 95 much better image
You must use a stable video tripod, this Vanguards tripod shakes a lot,i also i had the same so i switched to video tripod for more stability
You have got total higher magnification that is 140x with 1.7 magnification extender and it's a lot for a spotter.
