Drilling rig instrumentation and monitoring systems

Rig Control Products Rig Monitoring System (RMS) forms part of the drillfloor DAQ product group. The system displays highly accurate information derived from an almost limitless range of sensor inputs, (pressure/temperature/volume/height/velocity/flow) derived from drilling equipment. Screens are intuitive and easily configured, each HMI station displays a number of drilling parameters and simple graphics.
Operators have instant access to a wide number of screens readily configured to offer basic operation including stop/starts, monitoring only or maintenance & diagnostics stations.
The system is purposely designed to allow future expansion should new sensors and equipment be fitted.

The RMS comes with Data Acquisition as standard with the option of remote viewing and access. RCP offer full training facilities where basic PLC management can be taught in a safe and welcoming environment.
