I usually make my own empanada dough. Where did you get the pre-made ones and what are the ingredients? The filling looks so good. I will try these (without the jalapeño cheese, I'm a heat wimp) .

I got the pre-made dough from the freezer section at Publix. The ingredients for the dough or the filling?

Usually I am too but this one wasn't horrible, I'll have to look at the ingredients next time.
