He's a very nice guy, I meet him once at a restaurant, we made a selfie and he spoke whit me for a few minutes.

I met him in Ohio as a teen. He was decent, likable, very intelligent for his age. We went for a walk with his relative in Lebanon and he told me an interesting story about the town. This was in the early 70’s. We both had church interests and I find it interesting he was busted in Lee Co,Ky where my parents came from. I didn’t know him as an actor because I didn’t have time for TV with college, work, children. However, I got to know him in the Beattyville Enterprise newspaper my parents received each week when he won his court case. I support his advocacy for legalizing industrial hemp. I believe his efforts paid off 30 years later because Ky just legalized medical marijuana.

he has two places on maui , one overlooking Hamoa beach which if you go on google street view you will see it is very undeveloped and quiet , really nice and tropical too
