- Super Bowl snacks can make you super sick. With all the goodies spread out for the big game this weekend, it could be a breeding ground for the flu, according to Dr. Roshini Raj. Protecting the food should be priority number one, starting with the chips and salsa. Don’t double dip the chips into the dips. The mini-bites are delish, but keep your hands off the plate. The same goes for the cheese and meats. Use toothpicks in order to not have contact with other food. #InsideEdition
