0:00 first I thought that this motion effects are incremented to the code But after I realized that it was only in the video editing It'll be much better if you add this motions to the page But this couldn't be done only with CSS it must include JavaScript
You can use css only. Just add animation keyframe and at 0 percent make margin top to be negative value for the animated items. Then it will appear from the top. You add delay as well so that they follow one another.

You can use javascript aos library its verry easy you just have to copy paste the code and add the relevent class to the element
