Nice layout! and seems in ok shape for being closed up. IS the marking on the wall, water damage? There seems to be peeling paint on one ceiling, is the roof sound? Amazing rooftop view for a home of this price.

Nice property. I have 2 dogs so barking doesn't bother me. Mi ecate fine when I'm with them and bring retired that's almost all the time. 😀
