Absolutely spectacular. I was holding my breath by the time he began the Adagio movement. I must say this rendition is up there with my very favorite one by Albert Schweitzer. But there's also some new, almost disturbing depth in his staccatoed pedal work which I haven't heard in other performances. Thank you for sharing!
Can’t say I enjoyed that. Horrid utterly ghastly registration for the opening solo and why he was switching between pedals and manuals for the solo pedal section I dont know.
