That stiff cold breeze off of Lake Erie also produces Lake Effect snow storms that will dump 6 inches of snow on Cleveland, while it only snows 1 or 2 inches 30 miles away.
I can totally see that happening. That cold was a totally different kind of cold!

You had a brief conversation with me at a gas station, and didn't even realize that addiction has affected not only my life but the subway workers life as well. In terms of second hand that is. We have lost alot in life and seeing you do this means A LOT. Ohio is actually HUGE with the opioid pandemic. May you thrive and life give you the best it has to offer. For you WILL prosper

Cold weather cycling is something I just can not get into. Glad to see that the ice is gone and your back on tour though.

Sorry I couldn’t ride with you. You rode through where I used to live, Lakewood Ohio. When you passed the Westside Market you could have made a left on Detroit and Edgewater is there. Wish I could have been along to save you those detour miles! The swing bridge you mention is popular with model railroaders from around the world.
I hate I didn't go to the Westside market. I didn't even know where it was. When that detour came up, everything changed. It became a "let me make sure I don't make a wrong turn" thing, instead of a "I need to film this" thing. Lakewood was gorgeous, but cooooold....

Hi Adam. I was wondering what cycling app you use to track your rides? Also what type of navigation do you use to get to the right place via the best bike friendly route? Thanks
Garmin and Strava. The Garmin automatically uploads. Most of the time, I use Google on my phone to navigate. Google is 90% effective at putting me on a good route. 10% of the time I wish I wasn't using Google... 🤣
