I want to follow this system to mould block of 3m x 1.2m x 1.2m block for cutting for pipe insulation of 40density of ratio 1:1.i need your advice on the chemical formula and is it possible with this system of pouring
Hi Gilbert, volume (v) =2 x 2 x 2 = 8 m³ mass(m) = Density(ρ) x volume(v) With the same box you will use it in the production of all your foam densities but, each time you change from one density to another the total mass of chemicals and the multiplication factor will change too as you can see in the examples below density(ρ) = 27 kg/m³ m = ρ x v m = 27 x 8 = 216 kg Multiplication factor = 216/Total pph density(ρ) = 17 kg/m³ m = ρ x v m = 17 x 8 = 136 kg Multiplication factor = 136/Total pph density(ρ) = 10 kg/m³ m = ρ x v m = 10 x 8 = 80 kg. Multiplication factor = 80/Total pph I have noted that height of your box at 2m is too much. For safety purposes from foam scorching leading to self ignition, you need block height of approximately 1.1 to 1.3m therefore the height of your box can be 1.5m. I hope you got the explanation and in case you didn't, please inbox me eosdcanon550@gmail.com
Hi, that is the most common question and I appreciate asking but it's already explained somewhere in comments section of one of the videos on this channel
God job
Very interested and informative.
Very interesting. Sir your video's are beneficial. Help me with 12 density.
thx
Excuse me sir, Density= MCL:8+water=x
Polyol:x= Density..
Im always looking forward to your videos. they are so educating. please how do i go about with that of d18
Good information, I am looking forward for memory foam formulation, please advise
Great
Thanks 🙏

For rigid foam block
We are waiting for another video.
Which chemical is a chain extending agent and linking agent
Guide me on a mould of 2mX2mX2m what would be the mixing ratio and density
Hi Gilbert,
volume (v) =2 x 2 x 2 = 8 m³
mass(m) = Density(ρ) x volume(v)
With the same box you will use it in the production of all your foam densities but, each time you change from one density to another the total mass of chemicals and the multiplication factor will change too as you can see in the examples below
density(ρ) = 27 kg/m³
m = ρ x v
m = 27 x 8 = 216 kg
Multiplication factor = 216/Total pph
density(ρ) = 17 kg/m³
m = ρ x v
m = 17 x 8 = 136 kg
Multiplication factor = 136/Total pph
density(ρ) = 10 kg/m³
m = ρ x v
m = 10 x 8 = 80 kg.
Multiplication factor = 80/Total pph
I have noted that height of your box at 2m is too much. For safety purposes from foam scorching leading to self ignition, you need block height of approximately 1.1 to 1.3m therefore the height of your box can be 1.5m.
I hope you got the explanation and in case you didn't, please inbox me eosdcanon550@gmail.com
@@pufoamtoolsandguides will the height restriction also apply to cylindrical box?
Thanks
Welcome, let's link up ogwengtom@gmail.com
1:09 "at = (80 / (pph air + pph MCl /8,5)) + 4" , how did the numbers 80 and +4 get??

Hello sir, i have mailed you please can you check that. Thank you
Sorry sir, this is density 14,9
