The Crow is among my top 5 favorite movies ever. Even seen some of Brandon's earlier work. When he died, my heart broke into a million pieces. This was going to be his big breakout role. I always imagine how much bigger he would have become. I asked Tony Todd about Brandon once and he became silent and was very emotional when he talked about him. Rest in peace to Brandon and Bruce Lee. Remember Scott, "It Can't Rain All The Time". Peace out ❤️
The crow was a good film in fact I’m going to watch it for the first time in years today, had me a bit emotional at the end… I think Brandon could of been one of the biggest movie stars of all time if he was still here today, bigger than Tom cruise or brad Pitt Hi from London England
I felt very 😔 sad because Bruce Lee was my role model ever since I saw him on tv the green Hornet. He died when I was 13 years old and I still cannot believe how a man so healthy and fighting fit can just die suddenly 🥲 I. hope to travel to Seattle Lake view cemetery some day before I’m too old to pay my last respects to him 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️ Rest in peace Great master of Jeet Kune do 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥲
Enter the Dragon was supposed to be Bruce Lee’s international breakthrough film, but sadly died before it was released. Both he and Brandon would have gone on to great things, had they lived.
There was a lot of talk of John Saxon's widow being in discussion with the Bruce Lee estate about John being buried near Bruce. But the plot belongs to the Emery's as Scott pointed out. So at least John is buried close enough for fans to pay their respects.
Met John Saxon about 16 years ago at the Motor City Comic Con. Just stood there chatting with his arms crossed as if he'd be just as comfortable talking and drinking some beers in your garage
I love Brandon Lee. My wedding theme was “the crow” and our wedding date is devils night and I have 3 tattoos for him. Including the “can’t rain all the time” and countless statues. These graves are on my husbands and i’s bucket list to visit one day. Love your videos Scott. Especially this one ❤️
@@MrDravenLee my latest statue is from sideshow that they released. Just waiting for them to finish it :) hopefully in a few years when my kids are a little older we make the trip. I know it’s one that I definitely will make. I love his father but Brandon and the crow have made such an impact on me and my husband. Just amazing ❤️
You can see the love in their eyes in the pictures. Definitely the apple of Bruce's eye. May they have eternal and peaceful rest. 🕊️🙏❤️ Thank you, Scott!! 😊
I remember watching the movie The Crow with Brandon Lee I really liked the movie He was a great actor like his dad . Greatly missed by all Bruce and Brandon Lee fans
That really is different than the last time you were there! It is hard to believe that Bruce has been gone that long and so sad the way that Brandon died. I had such a crush on John Saxon back in the day. Beautiful headstones for all. RIP Bruce, Brandon and John.
After watching "The Crow" it was so sad to know it ended there for Brandon...his legacy. It became one of my top 10 films of all time. My God he had such a big future ahead of him! Bruce's story is tragic as well. Thanks for the visit man...👍
I was such a huge fan of Brandon Lee back then. His death was the first time an actor I liked passed away. A few things: The quote on his grave was also put on the wedding invitations & some people close to him felt like that was a bad omen; the headstone is a tribute to him & Eliza. The way it parts at the top symbolizes how they were together until his death drew them apart; & Linda had actually reserved the spot where Brandon is buried for herself as she never imagined that one of her children would go first before she did.
thks for sharing, never knew the back story,,, went and saw them today and show them my respect ... truly honor to be there.. can't believe the line was long waiting to see them
I Loved the Crow! Such tragedies. They were so young and loved by all! Yes older stuff 5 years is not even seen to view. I guess it would take some digging. Thank you for revisiting these graves. Love from Tampa!
I already hit the like button before the video started. I teared up right as the video started. Love The Crow, love Brandon. It's so sad that both Brandon and Bruce were young when they passed. For Brandon to be starting his career though. You did an amazing job with this one Scott! Keep them coming! R.I.P. Brandon, Bruce and John. It can't rain all the time.
Another fantastic video Scott. I mean who doesn't love Bruce and Brandon Lee. Both legends in there own time. Both so young but left a lasting impact. Enter the dragon, way of the dragon, Ripid Fire and The Crow all great.
Brandon Lee is so iconic from The Crow just love that movie to death.... not to mention all the kickass movies Bruce did. thanks so much for this one Scott!
Thanks Scott on tape for this video. Them three guys were my favorite and I just knew that Brandon was gonna make it big one day. Seeing their grave is on my bucket list for sure. Rip Bruce and Brandon Lee.
That Brandon Lee quote came from the last interview he did about a week before his death, it's on the VHS version of The Crow but of course can also be found on TH-cam. I'm sure I've seen The Crow far more then 100 times, it's just such a perfect revenge movie. I do admit I don't know much about Bruce Lee although I have seen a few of his movies long long ago. Thank you Scott for another wonderful vlog, I'm sure I could speak for everyone when I say we always appreciate the effort, time and compassion you put into these ♥
That’s true, that interview always gave me goosebumps, him saying such words only a few days before his death. Like a premonition. It’s become a tradition at our house to watch The Crow every year at Halloween. I have all five of Brandon’s movies that he ever made, his first one in Mandarin even. The Crow would’ve been his big breakthrough.
Hi Scott. I visited the graves as well three years ago, but I'm not keen on the black railings as they now isolate Bruce and Brandon's graves. Also the wall now obscures the back of the bench so the "The key to immortality is a life worth living." Quote can not be seen. And thanks for showing John Saxon's grave in such detail. A couple of things you may not have known. The inscription on Brandon's grave is taken from The Sheltering Sky and was to be included in his wedding that was to have taken place ten days after he was shot. And the two graves in the foreground when you say, "Peace." Are in fact two of Bruce's original Seattle students, Jesse Glover and Ed Hart.😄👍
I agree, I'm not a fan of the rails and walkway. When I lived in Seattle in 1996 and happened upon the cemetery, I had to ask someone where to find their Graves. I like it that way, it's sad to see they've become a tourist attraction. What's next? Have to buy tickets to visit them. Lol
Hi from New Zealand Scott, I was a lover of Bruce Lee Movies. I have them all, and bring them out now and then and have a day of watching them. Rest in love Bruce and Brandon😍🥰😘😇😇
I'm from Seattle. I've driven past Lake View a bunch of times but never stopped to visit the grave of the greatest martial artist the planet has ever seen.
I like that they have Brandon's speech on his gravestone. I wanna say I heard that when he did a behind the scene thing for the crow. I recall that speech vividly because it just hits you. Good job Scott
This was incredibly awesome. My father was a martial artist and I grew up watching Bruce Lee movies. I had no idea John Saxton was buried so close. He was a phenomenal actor and I think had he lived longer, Brandon would have been huge in Hollywood. Excellent video Scott! You never fail to add tidbits of new info. 👌🏼
Thank you Scott for revisiting the resting place of Bruce and Brandon Lee. Two amazing actors gone too soon. Two souls who will live forever in our hearts and minds. ❤🙏❤ God bless 🙌
I loved Bruce Lee and later Brandon when I saw him in the Crow. My dad used to take my brother and I when we were little to all of Bruce Lee's movies when they came out in the drive in's. That's where I saw Fist of Fury. My 3 sons and I also took up Jeet kune do. I had previously in earlier years taken Judo and Taekwondo. Thank you so very much for sharing this video of 2 legends...They are sadly missed.
I was there before John passed away and like you am surprised they put up that fence around Bruce and Brandon's graves which is kinda sad but understand since so many people visit them.
I’ve been to Bruce and Brandon’s grave many times. My stepdad’s fathers grave is in the same cemetery. I also have a great story about how my mom and stepdad met Brandon Lee before he died well filming The Crow.
Scott, I don’t like what they have done with the graves. The first time you went I liked the setup much better. This to me feels like they disturbed the graves. The way it was originally was more open and a beautiful rose bush beside Bruce Lee’s grave that I miss. I remember seeing a video of the graves and seeing this done to them and came right to your page to tell you with a video of the way it is now. I just personally feel that the way it was before it was open, not confined and they lifted the stones which (just my personal opinion) that once someone has been laid to rest and as long as Bruce has been there sadly followed by Brandon that to do what they have done just feels wrong. The Chi was different before, more free feeling. Thank you for going back and doing this a second time. I loved the first time you went and I am so thankful that you have a video of the way the graves were and should have remained forever on your channel. Thank you for that. Hello Scott.. Beautiful Video once again..i love your compassion for people who passed away..we just lost Olivia Newton John to cancer..73 years old..she fought for so long..i didn't know that John Saxon passed away..thank you for going back there..may they all REST IN PEACE..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
THANK YOU Scott. ❤️ it's not too far from Kurt Cobains house. I always stop at their grave when I'm in Seattle. Being a martial artist myself since I could walk, I grew up with Bruce Lee and had a major crush on Brandon Lee
Brandon Lee was a heartthrob! It's a shame that he died so young. I also watched Serenity Sue's recent video before this one I really loved the location she was at. Met Bruce 3 times when I was about 10 years old. He had not done green hornet yet. Twice at uw campus and 1 time in Chinatown. He briefly spoke to me each time. No doubt it was him because he was with 2 guys and there are well known photos of them. That's how I recognize them.
@@MIXPRO68 if you can find a book by Jesse Glover it has lots of information about Mr Lee in Seattle. He was still a busboy at Ruby Chows when I saw him.

What a wonderful thoughtful video of the Lees and John Saxon resting places. Many people forget about John Saxon. He was a great warrior also. I just finished watching Enter the Dragon and Bruce reminds me of the strength and confidence of the great warrior Geronimo. They both entered their battles without fear and total confidence. 🪶

A beautiful and peaceful resting place. I recall visiting there in 2007 when there was no metal fencing or the concrete ground toward the Lee Family grave area. Preferred it the old way as it looks like some sort of attraction now. But, guess its a way of managing visitors. Inspiring as always either way! Awesome!
I was a fan of both. Growing up I used to enjoy watching reruns of Bruce's movies and Brandon was as talented as hs father. Brandon died the same day as my godmother. May they continue to RIP. Also RIP to John Saxon.
I remember seeing the " The Crow " and when Brandon crawled out of the grave to average his and Shelley's murders , it literally was an intense scene to watch bc he very recently had died ! Sidenote : I collect comic books and this was a project Brandon was adamant about seeing through and pushed hard to get it on screen from start to finish ! Amazing, how people show up at this level ! Such a good video !
Hi vince from California, all I got to say is that I remember when he died I was 18 years old and will never forget that day ,I liked his father since I was a kid and his movies were awesome, and brandon lee ,one more brandon got shot by a real bullet and no one got charge with murder , rest in power with your dad ,brandon .thanks for your movies ,vince .
whenever you have some free time, do a vlog on the late great Olivia Newton John. i feel like a piece of my childhood died with her passing. safe travels bro.

Many thanks and many blessings to you for such a beautifully produced and edited podcast!
whenever you have some free time, do a vlog on the late great Olivia Newton John. i feel like a piece of my childhood died with her passing. safe travels bro.

Another amazing video Scott. Anyone who never heard of Bruce Lee is in another world. This was a good in-depth video about him and you did it within a short amount of time. Temperatures look very hot there.
