Awesome video, I signed up with a debt relief program, but I wasn’t feeling good about it. I’m going to negotiate my debt and try to pay my cards myself. Thanks for your expertise in this area.

So what if you are able to make payments and have never missed a payment, but the amt. of debt is just too high and its taking away money from other needs, would they negotiate with me then? Or is it better to let it be unpaid for 90 days so then there is more negotiating power?

I’m also wondering at what percent has anyone seen a credit card company accept a lump sum payment? I’ve been paying on this debt far too long but don’t want to pay 100%

I’ll do my own settlement ALL my debts have gone into COLLECTIONS. My question is how can I get my debt lowered with this settlement that I plan to do?

Hi I have learned so much from your Channel. Question: When you Negotiation is confirmed and you ask for a new agreement. How do you receive it ? Will it come in the mail or will it be updated on line most of my credits I do in the apps or on line. So I guess I'm asking do they do it immediately or how will I know they have change interest rate agreement? And thank you for this Channel.

You would need to ask them directly how you can confirm the change is in place and what documentation you will get. Thanks so much for tuning in - that's a great question!

I opened a bunch of credit cards when my credit was good and I've been making minimum payments for 6 years now, never missing a payment. I want to negotiate with the credit card companies, and have them take 30 cents on the dollar, and close my accounts without any bad mark on my credit history. I watched your videos, but is there anything you can suggest for my specific situation?
