Same here. No water changes. 3-year-old 60 gallon cube with sump. Dose all-for-reef solution for magnesium, calcium, alkalinity, and trace elements. Rowaphos in reactor consume phosphates, and chaeto in refugium further reduce nutrients (pollutants). Got acroporas, SPS, LPS, everything, fish, etc. Yup, keyword: stable. Whether low, middle, or high; reef tank inhabitants grow accustomed to parameters.

I been on and off Reefing since 2005. (Army Life) but steady Reefing for 3 years. No Water changes at all. Honestly I’m scared to crash my 210G Reef. It sucks when a tank crash and you have to start from scratch 💲💲💲. No issues in 3 years every thing is thriving and healthy.

When I had a reef I used a algae scrubber as filtration with no water changes
