Fabulous video! I am really curious how did you and your wife enjoy the beach together, what about your valuables? Did you have a locker or did you just leave your items unattended on the beach? I never enjoy the water with my hubby because 1 of us has to watch our stuff. How did you do it?
Great question. We carried a zippered shoulder bag with us that's reinforced with wire mesh (to lessen the likelihood of it being slashed), we locked the bag's zippers with a padlock, and we used a wire cable padlock to secure the bag to a heavy beach chair that we could watch from the water. I guess nothing is fool-proof, but it would at least slow down a thief who wanted to grab-and-run. it gave us peace of mind and lessened the likelihood that the bag would be stolen. I didn't know they drop prices on last day of trip. Not sure what is the reason- unless for perishable items- your last day on ship is for sure the first day for next passengers
Another great travel video, how did you book your tour in Cabo, was it with Carnival, or did you book on your own. We are sailing out of Long Beach in January on the new Panorama! Can't wait. Thanks
Never been on a cruise and this may sound like a dumb question but when you’re watching shows on the boat are they free? Or everything you do on the boat you have to pay for?
Shows are free, food is free, most everything on the boat is free. Shore excursions are an additional fee if you go with one of the tours, but it's free to get off the boat and look around if you like.
Iced tea and lemonade as well as water is always available for free. Juice soda and alcohol are an extra expense. However on most cruises you can pay a lump sum for certain amounts of soda or alcohol
Can’t remember exactly. The price per person varies widely depending on how many people you have per cabin and, more importantly, the time of year you go.
