@@hooey4362 I hear Matt and Bobby too. Wait if "vasa diga" means f-- you, the first two letters are VD as in venereal disease so their basically saying "f u god, f u so hard you get VD" Mind blown.
They pretty much say the same thing in the musical itself when Elder Cunningham keeps saying it, but I wish it was in the soundtrack..the "holy moly I said it like 13 times!!" is the best thing ever
It’s funny, because in the show their personalities will be completely the opposite. Gerald would definitely be more like Price and Randy would be like Cunningham.
That line hit me. The newer version is rougher, but the original would probably trigger (in the literal sense, not the way crappy people online misuse the word!) a lot more audience members just looking for a fun couple hours.
@@kidlitfanful oh yes i agree, i think it would make the show a lot darker and realistic to ppl living in the west who mostly don’t have personal experience with female circumcision but most women unfortunately know someone who’s been raped
Maybe it’s just me but I felt like it was a bit too long of a song. Like we got the whole hakuna matata joke but then it kept going, especially the repetition at the end. I’m only being critical because I LOVED the musical, I just wish they kept more of that sharp, fast South Park humor where a joke lands and then we can move on without beating it to death. This was not the only song I felt that way about
"It has to do with sexual intercourse and God"
"HOLY MOLY I SAID IT LIKE THIRTEEN TIMES"
hasa diga > vasa diga
These demos being available on TH-cam are the reason I haven't gotten any work done today.
Same
Looks like Randy is drunk again!
IcewhipRoxx what seems to be the officer, problem?
Ah man, if Matt and Trey were in there 20's again and this was a like a low budget Orgazmo movie, it would be the best shit ever for sure. :D
All I picture is Butter's Dad singing in a terrible African accent.
Koko Moko I picture this version with muppets for some reason
@@richie74wells You read my mind, Mafala sounds like Statler. Coincidentally Bobby wrote Avenue Q so I think it's intentional.
Trey, Matt, and Bobby all doing the African voices is hilarious.
Whoever is singing as Mafala genuinely sounds like King Julian from Madagascar I'm crying
I think it's just trey singing every part

Trey saying 'What?!!!' at 2:15. So goddamn funny.
Randy, are you watching that no-no channel?

HOLY MOLY I'VE SAID IT LIKE THIRTEEN TIMES
this sounds like a bunch of the imaginationland characters
i can see why this is the demo, Elder Price yelled XD
Sounds like the mayor from Imaginationland
"I thought the third matrix was the worst one" hahahaha
sounds so cool with the drum kit!
Vasa diga elohai, what a nifty phrase!
It's funny because Elohai (pronounced Eh-lohai) actually means "My God" in Hebrew
164yuvi That's probably one of the reasons why they changed it
this just made my night
Randy as price and gerald as Cunningham
It’s funny, because in the show their personalities will be completely the opposite. Gerald would definitely be more like Price and Randy would be like Cunningham.
Can't thank you enough for putting these up!!
wow this is awesome
and LMAO'd @0:48 "KIND OF!" soooo trey
*S O M A L I A*
Kind of!!
Is it just me or do I hear the lead singer of Offspring ? Hasa Diga EebWAI
I can’t stop laughing at the delivery of the fuck you at 2:07
wow this is awesome
Why do I see elder Cunningham as butters
"all the young girls here get raped a lot" LOL I DON'T WANNA KNOW WHAT THE ORIGINAL PLOT WITH THE GENERAL WAS GOING TO BE NOW SFKDKKDJ
There was gonna be a lot more...rape.
That line hit me. The newer version is rougher, but the original would probably trigger (in the literal sense, not the way crappy people online misuse the word!) a lot more audience members just looking for a fun couple hours.

Catchy

Honestly I feel like they did that intentionally, and purely for the sake of being gratuitous. I thought it was drawn out too though.
seemed more Arab than African
