    What if, when the jug is too hot and i should stop steaming, there are plently of bubbles (about 1-5 millimeters in size) on the top?
    Does that mean i did something wrong?
    Is there something i can do at this stage that would improve the milk?

      Then you have put too much air at once. You can’t make microfoam but you can save it a little bit by tapping the jug in the table so the bubbles break and then swirl the jug agressively untio the milk shines and looks like wet paint. The you are ready to pour.

    Hello, thank you very much for sharing the video! I attempted to achieve the same milk foam, but encountered an issue when removing the plastic tube and inserting the steamer's tip into the milk.
    The pressure from the steam caused the small plastic tube to pop off after a few seconds. How do you prevent the small tube from popping up in your process? I greatly appreciate your assistance in advance. 🙂

      I am sorry to hear that. I don’t know what to do, maybe talk to shop where you have bought the machine. This machine in the video is owned by a friend of mine and he hasn’t experienced that issue. His plastic tube sits very firm.

    When I remove the wand the next piece of plastic attachment keeps popping out. Is that normal? Any way I can keep it on?

      I don’t know. This was my friends machine and he didn’t have that problem. Write to delonghi.

    how many seconds aprox should we steam the milk before lowering the wand to break the bubbles?

    • @cityroastkbenhavn
      @cityroastkbenhavn  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Depends how thick foam you want but for a long time. My guess will be 20 seconds at least

    Why did you remove the tip? What's the purpose of it in the first place? Can you show how to create microfoam without removing the plastic tip?

    • @cityroastkbenhavn
      @cityroastkbenhavn  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This was my friends machine and he doesn’t have it any more. Have no idea what the purpose of the plastic tip is. For me it was impossible to make microfoam with it. The milk just gets too bubbly

      @@cityroastkbenhavn Thanks for the reply. It is really sad that even the vendors who produce machines with this kind of "auto-froth" wand do not clearly communicate to customers how to operate it. Despite the name it mostly bubbles up the milk, just like you said.

      It makes the milk bubbly, suitable for cappuccino

    Tried exactly like that but have absolutely no foam then.. how much ml do you use?

    • @cityroastkbenhavn
      @cityroastkbenhavn  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Here I had about 140ml. Try even further away from the surface of the milk. That shoul give you more foam

      Make sure you have the milk pitcher at an angle not straight down. This creates a vortex which makes a massive difference. After knock the milk pitcher off the counter 7 or 8 times the burst the bigger bubbles leaving the microfoam.

    The pressure is too strong to hold it above the surface of the milk. I just got big foam at the top and a watery milk under it. Don't know what is wrong...

    • @cityroastkbenhavn
      @cityroastkbenhavn  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If the pressure is to high then lower the steam wand a bit under the surface of the milk. That should help. And get the swirl going.

    У меня тоже эта кофемашина. Не получается взбивать без насадки панарелла. Молоко просто нагревается и пугают ужасные звуки...

    How do we adjust the volume of espresso? Thanks!

    • @cityroastkbenhavn
      @cityroastkbenhavn  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hold the desired button for about 10 seconds and it will blink. When you reach the desired amount of espresso press that same button again. It should be saved.
