Thanks for sharing this video, we do prefer a balcony! However knowing that you both would stay in this and recommend puts me at ease for if we ever booked inside again!

Thanks for your comment, Cliff. Yes, the Inside Cabin's on this ship are pretty decent, excelling mostly in practicality and storage. We're off on Enchanted Princess in just under 3 weeks.
I do prefer having a balcony however I love how cosy this inside cabin looks.
I’m sure Dan would agree, as he loves a completely dark room when we sleep in cabins! 😅
Thanks guys for another great detailed review. Our cabin choice varies depending on itinerary, time of year and of course price. Recently booked an Iona Xmas markets cruise in an inside cabin. Dark in the morning, dark around 4pm and outside temperatures likely to be single digit. Just back from an Azamara Greece intensive where we had a balcony. Need also to balance the books 🤪👍. Regards
Thanks for your comment and feedback as ever! Inside cabins on Iona are a little smaller, and storage isn’t as good - but the bathroom is massive and the decor is really nice! Wow, sounds like an amazing trip! We’re yet to try Azamara, do you rate them?
@@sailawaymag Hi Dan & Jay. Yes, we like Azamara for the “small ship” experience and port intensive itineraries. Their fare covers drinks and gratuities and so whilst at times a little more expensive then some main stream lines, they offer an alternative cruise experience for not much more. Well worth a try 👍. P.S we love big ships, small ships and everything in between 🤣👍
I can’t believe how many plugs they have in the cabin! Fair okay to P&O, however do wish all cruise lines would move to USB ones as they are much easier to use, especially next to the bed!
Thanks for your comment. I know, we were very impressed in all of the cabins we saw while on board - a generous amount of sockets in all of them, and tons of storage. The USB sockets you reference are likely to feature in a future refit, as its a pretty cheap job to undertake in the grand schemes of a ship refurb, and competitors are slowly adding them to their ships.
